Eases monitoring of wallets across exchanges. Tax handling good.
One disappointment of late: Mobile app - Used to be able to monitor the current price of a coin and its trendline but now the tab has been replaced by "tax" issues. The monitor of a specific coin is on tab one down aways and in very tiny text. Useable but not as before.

Awful
Awful, misleading product.
Forced me to buy a $600 upgrade because I had high transaction volume.
On the upgrade advertisement it specifically said syncs with TurboTax.
When you try TurboTax says it can’t sync files over a certain amount of transactions. Coin tracker is acutely aware of this yet advertised it as a seamless product anyway.
For $400 extra all I got was a goose chase and an inevitable manual upload.
Customer support offered me $20s off for the inconvenience.
Koinly it is.
EDIT: the response below will blame TurboTax which is true it is on their end. The part that is squarely on Coin Tracker is they prompt you to upgrade while advertising a seamless experience and yet they know it won’t work that way. This is $400 more than Koinly. I simply asked for my $400 back.

We hear your frustration, especially around the TurboTax sync expectation, and I want to clarify what’s going on so you have the full picture.
TurboTax currently doesn’t support automatic imports for accounts with over ~1,000 transactions. That limitation comes from TurboTax’s side, and it applies regardless of the platform you’re using (including Koinly). I agree this isn’t obvious enough upfront, and I’ve shared your feedback with our team.
That said, for higher-volume accounts, the manual summary import method we guide users through is typically more reliable and much faster than it sounds. It avoids common issues we see with TurboTax’s PDF parsing (which can introduce “Needs Review” errors or misread data).
