they said tomorrow, so i give a positive review if they do.. they did the transfer so i give cointal 5 stars after 8 trades ,,
Do not use Cointal. I was trying to trade back in February for some XRP with a user named SamB. My account was hacked for 91 Ethereum. They are currently being sued. do not use them.
Used their service to sell BTC for bank transfer, the buyer took a lot of time to respond and I opened a dispute. The support intervienned rapidly and the problem got fixed during the same day. Will certainly use them again to sell my BTC.
I have just joined the platform and I successfully bought for 10 000$ worth of BCH, the trade went good and the instant support help me understand how it works. Thank you Cointal.
This site is operated by scammers. "Traders" will lure you into depositing your crypto into cointal in order to provide escrow for a trade at probably a very attractive exchange rate. But the "trader" will either claim he never received the payment, or that he sent you the crypto (but actually didn't). A dispute will then be opened (by you or him) but the "admin" will side with the scammer because they are the same people!! Many cases have been reported, with victims being scammed of 63 ETH, 27 ETH, 53000 XRP, 91 ETH, and 484,000 XRP. Additionally their listed office is a fake; nobody from cointal works at "63 Loveridge Road". Also, their phone number is a VOIP number, they are probably not actually in the UK. To find out more, search for these 2 terms: reddit cointal
Note: the scammer is using the same whatsapp number to both "provide customer service support" as cointal staff, and ALSO using to pretend to be a trader on cointal to try to get people to join cointal.
scammed me for 2BTC, did a small transaction with them and then they ripped me off for this, they then block you from the site and ignore your emails. DO NOT USE THIS SITE YOU WILL GET SCAMMED.
Its now been 30-days since we requested our 15 ETH withdrawal and we have still heard nothing form cointal not via mail or chat and nor have they sent out our withdrawal to our address (0x2D566D4c9855fC030923f7FCF81b3354296e1178). This is against their own rules and general polices which state 15-30 min at max, not above 30-days.
They leave us no options other than to sue them Coinket ltd in European court if they don’t solve this in upcoming 5-days, until 05/07/2018. We will also have to publish this to our youtubers who we support with mining-equipment with names as VoskCoin, The Modern Investor, I Love Crypto & DataDash as a potential red flag for scam, they will surly love to pick up on this story as their views will sky rock in no time. If this turns out to be true and you Cointal insist to not send out our withdrawal we will also open a public case against you where everyone you had not send her or his withdrawn coins to will be able to contribute to make our voice in the European court heard. We hope we don’t have to go so far and that we find our withdrawn coins 15 ETH in our wallet as soon as possible, 05/07/2018 at the latest.
Best Regards

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I have just deleted a 1 star review of Cointal that I wrote yesterday. I tried to withdraw my Bitcoin on Monday and hadn't recieved it by yesterday afternoon so started looking up reviews. I started believing that I'd been scammed, however, today my Bitcoin has been sent to me and is now safely stored in my hardware wallet. I've used Cointal many times this year and have found it a very reliable place to buy crypto. Only 4 stars this time because I still think 4 days to transfer crypto is not great. Thankyou Cointal.
I started selling with cointal.com back at the start of this year and I did not have a good experience at all. I got scammed for over $3k by someone who did a chargeback with his creditcard company with paypal. Unfortunately, I lost my crypto and my money. I then decided to not use paypal at all and just sell via standard bank transfer. After the drop in value of all the crypto's, I held off selling but kept my crypto in my cointal wallet where I thought it was safe. I remembered a couple of weeks ago that I still have these so I decided to withdraw them to my hardware wallet. Little did I know this was going to be a huge hassle and I was never going to get my crypto back regardless of how many times I emailed them and how many times I tried to live chat with them. I submitted the request on the 9th of May 2018 and at the time of writing, it is now the 21st of May 2018. I have spoken to a few other people regarding this same problem and they have all had the same experience, some even longer than me. I just don't see how hard it is to release a client's crypto when it is held in a separate client account. I am now led to believe this was all a scam in the first place

DO NOT USE Cointal
I had someone create a trade with me and not pay. He then cancelled the trade and withdrew the Ethereum from my account, despite the fact I had 2 factor authentication enabled.
Lost 62 ethereum.
DO NOT USE COINTAL
Never use cointal with paypal . There are so many scammers and niether cointal or paypal will help you in getting your payment correctly from buyers. People scamed me for around $1000 and Cointal just banned the user but didn’t help me in getting my money or coins back.

All was good, except one big major important and REALLY mandatory thing that you guys seem to forget or not give a damn about:
Sent XRP days ago, only got to my wallet today. And guess what? Market has fallen when I needed it most. So useless now, will have to hodl again.
Seriously guys, XRP was meant to be super fast. Now, it took around 7000 times the time it should take. Even exchanges don't do this.
Seriously, it sounds ridiculous but it's like two guys or something are dealing with the withdrawals.
Get it together. I'm leaving.

I joined trying to purchase XRP and things didn’t go as planned, so after chatting almost everyday with customer service without solutions I’ve decided to close my account and now they don’t want to close it. PLEASE do your research about this site before u join because is hard to get out. Am still going through hell to get out even though I wasn’t able to do anything on there because they didn’t help.
Maybe it’s not for beginners.

I had quite a lot of issues selling my crypto elsewhere, I couldn't even get some debit, my own cash I mean. These guys just changed it. Peer-to-Peer, a really genius concept! Glad you've shown yourselves.
So apart from my recognition to you, I'd like to congratulate you for the energy you're proving daily: I mean your Live Chat. You guys solved in less than 5 minutes an issue that takes 7 days elsewhere.
Enough said I just love you guys
