My account has been frozen
My account has been frozen, cause of no activity on the account, but a advisor emailed and called me and asked whether I want activate my account and the account has a fare bit,but when I said Yes,they said I have to deposit £450 to activate the account, they didn't even ask for an I.D proof or anything else,when i refused to pay they cut all connections. No reply from them since a month now.
Is there any way to withdraw this amount to my personal bank account.

When you cancel your subscription double check if they don't have any problems on their end. Canceled mine 3 years ago and last month found out they where still withdrawing money for 3 years. They don't want to refund the last month either. They can see the subscription has been deactivated and not used. Back then we got a confirmation of cancellation but because the company it was linked to go dissolved the email with that is no longer accessible.
Update: took a while but is fixed

It all started well, but at some point, they started asking for new fees that they didn't state in the beginning. They are not consistent, and they are very slow. But #Crop Mines.....has been the best alternative, and they assure good returns and pay promptly without any problem.
