I've used Coinsbee 4 times to purchase vouchers in Vietnam using cryptocurrency (spcifically XNO) and I always receive my vouchers approximately 5 minutes after the payment's gone through.

Works perfectly! No issues!

Bought 2 steam cards with monero with no issues at all and very fast.

Ordered steam gift cards through crypto.com.
Transaction was fast and codes rather than just send are secure until you are ready to claim them.

Purchased a prepaid Mastercard in January, not realising that the link sent by Coinsbee would have a short expiry date. The actual Mastercard itself would have had an expiration date of at least 6-12 months. Could not access my prepaid card so contacted support. Within a few minutes, I got my first response stating:

"please note that your gift card expiration date is 28/02/2025 and this information is on your screenshot."

I responded by explaining that the actual prepaid Mastercard would not have yet expired, only Coinsbee's link has expired and all I needed was a fresh link for the SAME prepaid Mastercard. Within a few minutes, I got my second response stating:

"you purchased a gift card, the expiration date of the code was specified, unfortunately we cannot help you in this case."

My support ticket was then closed. Terrible support with no attempt or interest to help me whatsoever.

Nuff said. And nothing could really be said above that, it's perfect already. Bought there over 10-15 gift cards for ebay, steam & some restaurants. Highly recommended.

The only thing I dislike is a hidden fee: you start an order with 100$, and on the purchase step itself you MIGHT get to pay 102-105$ in crypto. But not always, and it's not too high.

It's better to avoid these scammers.
I've paid $500 in crypto and received expired gift card that can't be activated by anyone. It's obviously invalid product, but there is still no refund/replacement 7 days after the purchase.
p.s. tried to buy pubg mobile gift card for crypto
p.p.s. these scammers got 336 newly opened tickets for the past 7 days, I guess they scammed a lot of people
p.p.p.s. after 7 days of waiting they offered a refund in USDT/USDC or gift card replacement from a different provider; I've just received the refund of 500 USDT (10 days after the purchase)

I purchased a $500 Apple gift card from CoinsBee on December 6, only to discover it had already been redeemed on November 28. Despite providing evidence from Apple Support confirming this, CoinsBee continues to deny responsibility and insists the issue is on my end. Their support team has been unhelpful, redirecting me instead of resolving the matter. I expected better accountability for a platform dealing with digital goods.
