I honestly wish I could give zero stars. I was just trying to clear out the last bit of my crypto balance to close my account for good, so I bought a €45 Netflix gift card. The literal second I scratched/revealed the code and pasted it into Netflix, it hit me with an 'already in use' error.
Instead of looking into their own busted supply chain or actually checking technical logs, their support team had the nerve to blame me and claim some 'third party' hacked me. Every time I point out how impossible that is since I used it immediately, they just fire back with lazy, automated copy-paste replies.
They’re holding onto my hard-earned money and treating me like a criminal because they sold me a dead code. If you care about your money, stay as far away from Coinsbee as possible.
Edit:they kept blaming me, deleted my ticket form their site, continued replying with the same message, they don’t care, they totally refused to do any technical check or to assume any responsibility for what they sold, like the code was redeemed you may be hacked or trying to scam us the supplier said they are right, we believe them and the same story

Even that i had issue with long confirmation when paying with crypto (which was problem on my side), i got the order anyway!

Worked for me. The amount I had to send kept changing due to the exchange rates on the checkout page, so I was worried it wouldn’t work, but I guess there’s a margin of error accounted for there and it worked without a problem.

All good until you get a faulty code, then they just ignore you.

Having zero issues buying steam codes for like two or three years now. Fast and reliable - only once the order stuck due to being out of stock and they solved it via email within 24 hours.
For steam they always have a lot of "weird" regions that is rarely available anywhere else as well.

I purchased a $5 US Google Play code from Coinsbee (Order #17859224826a7303b2dce8c). The code was blocked by Google asking for verification. When I submitted Coinsbee's official invoice to Google Support, Google REJECTED it and refused to unblock the card. Coinsbee support (Ticket #78126) refuses to issue a replacement or refund, sending automated replies telling me to contact Google—whom I already contacted. Unacceptable service!

UPDATE: Coinsbee closed my ticket (#78126) falsely claiming that Google accepts their German invoices. I provided clear proof from Google Support officially rejecting Coinsbee GmbH's invoice for Order #17859224826a7303b2dce8c, yet they closed the ticket and refused to issue a USDT refund.

Was kinda sketched out buying valorant cards at first so i only paid the small amount and they paid me out quickly so i ended up buying 250 dollars more in cards and all were paid out and worked, very grateful and suggest that people work with them.

Honestly really good it arrived with no problems. Recommended. I redeemed it and all works!

great company. have been buying giftcards with crypto for the last month as i need the animosity and each gift card has landed with no issues

yesterday i had a problem where i was logged out of my account out of my knowledge and i purchased a giftcard but it wasnt sent to my email and i didnt get to see my confirmation number either. at first i thought id have to take an L and lose the £200 but i created a ticket and the team helped me out in less than 24hrs to recover my gift card.
