Just started playing on this site and was enjoying it until 3 days ago that I submitted a redemption. 3-5days? Thats unacceptable. Chatbot? Also unacceptable. This platform needs to get with the times and start paying out in a timely manner. I'm not dumping another dime here until they get their s**t together.

It says 1-3 business days for the withdrawal to be processed It's been 5 days 4 of them business days and still nothing! I receive no assistance from customer service! If I were you I would stay far away from this place! Play elsewhere, where they actually pay out promptly! I am closing my account as soon as I get my money I HOPE! THYE take the deposits immediately with no issues and not a worry about who you are. Go to withdraw and they need to run these background checks and extra verification since it's your first withdrawal! THAT IS A JOKE AND A LIE!!!!!!!!! ONLY CON ARTIST THIEVES SPEAK LIKE THAT!

If I could give zero stars I would. It’s a shame their redemption process is the way it is. I redeemed in the past and it took around 3 days because they do not process on the weekends. However, I placed two redeems last Friday totaling 4k and they are still in requested status. Judging by the other reviews they will likely go past the 3 business days. You can never speak with a human. Everything is AI and that is frustrating. I thought this companies owner being associated with wowvegas would mean it’s credible but clearly not. Be careful spending your money here. They’ll take it instantly but make you wait absurd amounts of time to get any back.

Great site. Redemptions are a little slow (2 to 3 days) but overall I've had good experiences with them!

It's now day 7 and my redemptions and I'm and it still say to requested and they're not giving me no information they said it's a 3-day turnaround

It got ugly for a second but rtp payed off. Came up quite a bit. Will go to 5 stars if I get redeem in under 5 days

Submitted a redemption request and was told it takes between 3 and 5 business days to process. It has been more than 5 business days and still nothing. When I reached out I was told that it’s still in line and can take longer. It was my first time using this site and it will be the last. I can’t stand when sites like this take longer than 3 days for my winnings to hit my account

I like the games but slow redemption process on June 30th I did a bank transfer redemption and as of yesterday still hadn't received it and still was under the requested stage. I contacted support after I already canceled my redemption and redid it for skrill and they write back finally today tell me that the first redemption was because I didn't finish putting my bank information which is b s. On their FAQ page, it says for skrill, it is either instant or 24 hours. And here I am still waiting.

Winning on here is good but redemption is entirely too long. If I don’t hear something today I will be filing multiple complaints at a federal level.

I’ve been waiting 7days and they still haven’t approved my redemption request and I can’t talk to a real person I just get an AI chat it’s ridiculous

Im giving 2 stars because i like the site but im very disappointed with the redemption process. I have now been waiting 7 days and still nothing, its only 400 and most of it would've been deposited right back but I just like to see the wait time on redemptions when I play new sites. I will come back every day from here on out to give an update. Its kinda looking like I need to head back to Chumba as they pay out winnings in less than 2 days.

**This is a updated review.. I did get my redemptions..it took a little longer than I’m used to.. or like but this was my first time redeeming…that was my only issue I had with them .. Customer Service was really nice even though I’m sure I was driving Them crazy!! Thanks!! So shout out to Melanie and Robby !! They were both so nice and helpful!!!

So I am still waitiNg on a Skrill redemption that I was told would take 1-2 days it’s been 5 now and have no way of contacting support no one will help me figure out what is going on. The status of my redemption still just says requested.. and it sucks cause I actually liked to play here .. but it’s not worth it if I can’t get my redemption in a timely manner .. I’ll give them a little bit longer then move ahead with other steps I guess.. just stinks though wish I didn’t have to

Update 15 messages to support and 3 more days of not getting my redemption, this place is TERRIBLE STAY AWAY, Too many reputable sites that pay, this is horrible changing to 1 star!

Will update stars if I ever get my redemption, love the site and the whole coinsback setup, BUUUUTTT my FIRST redemption to Skrill is STILL pending when the site says instant to 4hrs, its been 3 days? No response from support either. Will update if I get it
