If you need to ask something from the…

If you need to ask something from the customer service and they don't wanna answer they just ignore the question totally. No matter how many times you asked it. I just made complain to Finnish customer service after struggling with Coinmotion customer service 5months. I feel that Coinmotion is not really caring of their customers and don't carry their responsibility very well.

Site is usually down/under construction and owners do not inform customers about it if you do not want SPAM mail ALSO in your mailbox.

Excellent customer service

I am really pleased with customer service at Coinmotion, I feel like I can trust this service provider and would warmly recommend to others.

I like the interest accounts. I think if the site offered more crypto currency options that would be nice but it has the main ones so all good.
