Everything worked great but I noticed that the shipment went out 12 days after placing order. It's the second time this has happened. I also placed an order with another vendor a week later which arrived in half the time.

We’d like to offer a bit of clarification regarding the dispatch timeline for your order. For all in-stock items, our standard processing time is 7 working days from the time payment is received. In your case, payment was completed on the evening of May 8th, and tracking information was issued on the 8th working day following that.
As soon as an order is ready to ship, we upload tracking details to your order page (you’ll receive an automated notification), and the order status is updated to “fulfilled.” From that point, delivery typically takes 5-10 working days, depending on the destination and DHL’s internal schedules.

We always recommend using the time between ordering and delivery to pick up a compatible power cable locally, so you're ready to plug in and mine straight away.
We’d also like to mention that for UK customers, we cover all import-related fees and taxes. That’s why UK prices may appear higher. Everything’s included upfront for a smoother experience :)

Coin Mining Central is great and I'll tell you my experience as to why. This is about a giveaway they were holding on X [formerly Twitter] for a chance to win a Bitaxe Gamma. We've all done it... enter and hope. Well, this time it worked. I was 1 of 5 whose name was selected as a winner!
They were very prompt in reaching out to me and making sure I was the actual person/account who’d won [so some random couldn't swipe my cheese]. The verification process was smooth but thorough, which made me feel confident that they take both fairness and security seriously. Ordered a miniDoge3
Ordered a miniDoge3 plus and they delivered with no issues. Since they are not located in EU i hade to contact my bank for the transfer but all the information written in CMC's order confirmation made the process very smooth. I did contact the support regarding payments to verify the they got the money and the support was super friendly and fast to reply.
I forgot to calculate custom fee, since UK not in EU anymore witch made the overall cost a bit higher but that's all on me for not doing my research before ordering.
Overall a great experience ordering and my MiniDoge is hashing away.
One thing I can say witsh is not a big deal is that they ship with only one power cable for UK outlets så if you live in Europe buy a power cable, I had one at home but just a reminder.

Regarding the power cable - thank you for pointing that out! As a friendly reminder to all our customers, we recommend checking our Shipping Policy in the footer of our website before ordering. It explains that all ASIC miners come with their original Chinese power cables, which aren’t suitable for use outside of China. For safety reasons, manufacturers remove these cables when shipping internationally.
We suggest using the time between ordering and receiving your miner to purchase a suitable power cable locally or online, so you’re ready to start mining right away.

I initially left a bad review because there was a delay with my order, and at the time I was really frustrated. But I want to update it now because the team at Coin Mining Central actually reached out and handled things really well.
They were understanding, kept me in the loop, and made sure everything got sorted. It’s rare to see a company take feedback seriously and go the extra mile, but they did. In the end, I got exactly what I ordered and I’m really happy with how it was all resolved.

To clarify, the delay in your ICERIVER AE0 order was due to a manufacturer-wide change that impacted all distributors. We confirmed the original release date based on their initial schedule, but once we were informed of the delay, we updated customers and issued a partial refund as compensation.
Later, when the manufacturer adjusted pricing due to market conditions, we again offered additional compensation to match the new price — even though these changes were outside of our control.
About a week ago, we also sent you an email with further positive updates, including:
A free upgrade to your AE0 unit with 20% more hashrate and improved efficiency.
A CMC store credit for the price difference, offered as a goodwill gesture in partnership with the manufacturer.
Our first message bounced due to a full inbox, but we followed up and were glad to receive your response. We also appreciate your interest in a second unit and are happy to help if you’d like to proceed.
We’ve aimed to be fair, transparent, and responsive throughout this process. Should you have any unresolved concerns or wish to revisit your review, we’d be very grateful.
