Usually your service is quite good but…

Usually your service is quite good but you have lost money on transactions that I have sent that I am still waiting for information about where you lost it and that must be at least a month ago now

I submitted the relevant details of the transactions twice, and I’m still waiting

I love Coinmama but was disappointed with my last transaction

My last transaction of buying crypto has been rejected. No reason was given due to security reasons within Coinmama.
Then the reverse of the funds to my credit card did not go through as expected. I had to make a complaint about it before it's done. But unfortunately, the reverse of those funds to my credit card are still in Pending Authorization.

You decline my purchase every time now

You decline my purchase every time now. Used to go through just fine before. Ridiculous..then cs says they cant disclose why!! lol I wouldn’t let anyone I know deposit trade etc on this site

Easy to use but not the cheapest

Straightforward and reliable, this site is easy to use but the fees are higher than many. Coinmama and Paybis, who process payments for them, are both non custodial of your crypto and both seem reliable to use in practice although some concerns have been expressed following a data breach in 2019 which reportedly exposed emails, usernames, and passwords of around 479,000 users.

cannot verfify m identity

I have several coins on coinmama. However I am wanting to sell some but cannot complete the verfication process..the photos keep getting rejected no matter how many retakes I do. Keeps saying the photos have been altered which they have not!
It =feels a scam to stop me withdrawing coins.
Have written to customer support abut never received an answer. I assume that I must have been verfied to buy the coins ..so WTF

Transaction stayed in pending state for…

Transaction stayed in pending state for several days so I asked them to cancel it on chat support. My money was never refunded to my bank account and now that I don't have an open transaction I can't reach chat support. Sent several emails and no response. Guess they plan to keep it.

What customer support/service

I have used coinmama in the past and always been happy with their product. I the purchased bitcoin on the first of October and the bill I bought it for to pay never received my funds. I have tried contacting support 8 times now for them to investigate and no one replies so my money is lost and my bill remains unpaid.

My son had money sent through Zero Hash…

My son had money sent through Zero Hash and bought crypto with Simplex and Coinmama. At no time did Coinmama have him set up a wallet. Now they are unwilling to get him out of this mess. The transactions can be seen in his Coinmama account. It has been a year and a half now and only a small amount of money involved ($5,000). So not use Coinmama unless you want to be ripped off. Go to Coinbase.

Additional details requested: This was for my son Adam. A little over 2.5 years ago he had money coming out of his savings to purchase crypto. The companies that were involved were Zero Hash, I believe they were the ones taking the money out, Simplex, and Coinmama. He was told this would eventually go into a trading account t once the crypto was bought. The 3 companies have said they are partners in this investment. He invested something like $4,500. He has had no contact about setting up a wallet or whatever it is called. No account numbers were ever given to him or anything else that would have been needed to do any trading or to cash out the account. I assume everything g is quite a bit higher than what he had invested for him but all we want is to get what he had put into it, the gains don’t mean anything to us any longer. Can somebody either have this refunded to him or let him know how to do this since he was never asked to set anything g up for this? There has to be a way to get this taken care of. It would have to be pretty detailed to explain how to do this.

As per my previous answers over the email, we are not a wallet provider. We are a broker, meaning that when customers place orders with us, we simply deliver the coins to a wallet address they provided us with and have created elsewhere.

I'm afraid I'm not much help - as I cannot even see the account you are referring to as this was all done through Simplex 🙁

Don’t use coinmama it’s a scam

My girlfriend I told her to use coinmama because in the past I used it one time and everything went okay. A few minutes ago I told her to use it to purchase bitcoin they charged her acct 3 times for one transaction and said that she couldn’t be verified now we are about to contact the bank in order to get her money back! I advise do not use them they don’t have anyway customer service in order to help! I advice again pls stay away from them !

Avoid!

Money taken from my account seamlessly as is often the case from these companies. Account cannot be verified for an undisclosed reason? No advice on next steps so contacted live chat. Very slow and unable to give assistance then suddenly upon threatening to just reverse transaction with credit card company customer service had all the answers.
