My experience with them is very good..this is my 4th year with coinlist ..had some issues before but coinlist support was helpful..i love them

I am an early user of coinlist, and I can say that the company is developing and striving to make the site as user-friendly as possible! thanks to them for the best token sales!

I used to like coinlist, but have now been scammed by tribal token, that I took on from the coinlist invitation as i trusted them.

It's a shame but should be a warning to everyone that scams and fraud are littering crypto nowadays.

Coinlist are obviously not the crooks here, but they should be trying to at least help all those that were conned by fighting on our behalf and using their power

One day got random email telling that my account is blocked for reasons "they cant share with me", requesting me withdrawing my funds. The best thing - ALL my funds are blocked from withdrawal, i just cant get my money back and support is ignoring me for a week already. Feels like complete scam.

Scam project. They didnt approve kyc and said that I need to withdraw my funds, but they blocked my withdrawal. Since then no answer on tickets or mail.

I'm waiting for the reply for almost 22 days. The worst support I've ever seen

Pure scam, greedy people operating Coinlist. Don't trust this platform, don't let them fool you!

Another scam with this platform.
I had read about the problems of this platform but I did not expect them to "steal" like this from me.
I was trading some usdt for a crypto token and after the transaction of 60usd they decided that I only bought 10usd of that token.
Of course I have contacted them and sent them screenshots and everything but they refuse to understand and help me.
I know it is not a big amount but it shows their quality and their mindset.
I would never use this service.

I want to clarify that I do not want to discredit the CoinList company, but I am describing my real experience, before this incident I have not encountered problems with CoinList and continue to stay with them and continue to participate in new sales. But I am concerned about the situation when a company cannot return funds from its wallet, can I trust the funds if there are such difficulties with transferring from a hot wallet to an account inside CoinList, namely to my account. Coins that can't figure out how to get them back from the bitsCrunch sale.
Here is the answer from the last correspondence with the support service:

Unfortunately, our custodian partner is unable to return your funds and is investigating the possibility of implementing a feature that could potentially allow such funds to be returned.
We do not have an estimated time frame for when this feature will become fully functional. However, please know that your concern remains our top priority and we will continue to keep you updated on any developments.
We understand the frustration this situation may cause and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

I sincerely do not hope that Coinlist will resolve this unfortunate situation and that it will benefit the company in the future, but I am committed to sharing honestly what happens next.

Coinlist team resolved my trouble. I am so satisfied with it.

They responded to me very clearly and specifically with dates, coin number, and many details.

They resolved my request with one email.

Withdrawal is unavailable for almost 2 month and before that you could not withdraw less than $5000, now not even trading is available , it is the worst place to invest unfortunately.

Can't withdraw any cryptocurrency due to unknown error from their service, zero replies from support, they are not doing their job...
Literally the worst experience, they do not respect customers, I do not recommend coinlist...
