I was contacted by and accompanied by the company General Manager throughout the process and the technician who worked on my reconciliation was very helpful and co-operative as well.

Coin Ledger helped take what would otherwise have been an impossible task, to figure out taxes for my thousands upon thousands of transactions over the years, and made it manageable. I would probably give it 4.5 stars, just due to the fact that it was not able to seamlessly connect all of my transactions, deposits, etc, and accurately report the cost basis for some coins... so while the system isn't perfect, and I had to do some troubleshooting, it definitely made it way way more doable.

And Farouk Baba, the support person who worked with me, was overall very helpful and had a quick response time 😁

I've been using the service for years. In the past support was excellent via live chat and things just worked. This year the Live Chat is disabled and they are not responding emails. What's worst is that when I export my report and import it to TurboTax I get highly inflated gains compared to what's shown on CoinLedger. Inflated by about 222 million and my gains where less than 80K according to coinledger. I may have to get an extension on my taxes and may sue over this.

Farouk assisted us and addressed our concern. He was very prompt in his replies and he would always update us on any progress. No wonder he was able to help fix the issue. We would love to coordinate with him again should we encounter any issues in the future. He's a gem.

I really like CoinLedger's support. I had lots of help from Farouk. They are friendly, experienced and helpful. I was able to successfully clear up missing cost basis information and generate my 2025 tax reports.

I had a great experience with CoinLedger. The software is very impressive and highly intelligent. The supporting training videos were very helpful and really well executed. Even better was the Customer Support. It was absolutely first rate. Chris was able to address all of my questions and issues quickly and succinctly. I recommend CoinLedger without reservation.

Jon is a very capable, competent, and patient man. Can't thank him enough and don't have anything negative to say about the experience he provided at all.

I am not a savvy crypto person when it comes to taxes. I really need help to understand it and not make any expensive mistakes. The staff there is patient and helpful. Sometimes I am confused by the answer but they explain and give screenshots which really help! Sometimes I don't hear from them immediately, but I know that I'm not their only customer and it's tax time! I would be totally lost without them! Bless them! PB

Ended up calculating my capital gains elsewhere. They emailed me asking if i needed support with anything. Asked them to confirm my account was deleted via FOUR emails since March, along with all associated data. No response. They just ghosted me altogether. Never had such trouble getting my account deleted. Dont set up or start an account with them if youre unsure about using their services because you will not get any help with account/data deletion

The team was very responsive, and the data reconciliation was completed quickly.

Crpto taxes are particularly difficult to navigate. This was my fourth year using CoinLedger and clearly the most difficult with the new tax system. It seemed a bit expensive, but complications using 4 exchanges made it necessary and worth the money. I got great feedback and communication from CoinLedger…surprising in this age of robotic interference. Definitely 5 stars from me

Coinledger has become an indispensable tool for organizing and preparing my crypto taxes. The platform itself is very intuitive, and I appreciate how it is able to consolidate transactions across multiple wallets and exchanges into a single, organized report.

What continues to stand out, though, is the quality of customer support. I once again worked with Farouk, who was extremely responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to review my questions in detail and guided me through resolving some complex transaction history issues without making it feel overwhelming.

Overall, CoinLedger made what could have been a very stressful process much more manageable. Between the software and the support team, I felt confident in the final report I generated.

Farouk contacted me after I had been in to their support site. He answered my question very fast. Very much appreciated. Having in mind it is tax season makes it even more impressive.

I have used CoinLedger to handle my Crypto tracking and reporting for two years. Last year the process of integrating CoinLedger's output into Turbotax went very well.

This year is obviously a bit more of a challenge due to 1099-DAs and shifting government requirements, but from what I see so far, the product is accurately and fairly reporting my transactions.

From a support perspective, the CoinLedger team (Farouk most frequently) has been nothing short of amazing! I have run many question past them this year. Each time I received a quick response and valuable insight to get the job done correctly.

Logan was a great help in getting my mess all cleaned up. What was great is that he listened to what I was asking for and got it done.

Well worth the investment to get all your crypto transactions in order
