My Go To!
Never had a bad experience. Gift Cards always delivered on time
Very disappointing experience – gift card “Under Review” and no response from support
Do not make any purchase from them.
I purchased a €9.30 ($10) gift card from CoinGate Gift Cards on October 7, 2025 (Order ID: 1362550). My payment went through successfully, and I received the gift card and activation link from spend.runa.io.
However, when I tried to activate the card, I received the following error message:
“Under Review: The reward you are attempting to redeem is currently under review. Please try again later.”
I immediately contacted CoinGate Gift Cards support (support at coingate.gift
), and my conversation went as follows:
October 7: I first emailed them explaining the issue.
Joe from CoinGate replied, saying this usually happens if the customer is not in the designated country or if suspicious activity is detected, and asked for my public IP address.
I replied with my details (I am from Bangladesh) and my IP.
Joe then explained that the review process is controlled by the brand’s own redemption system, not by CoinGate, and that I should contact the brand’s support.
When I asked for the brand’s contact information, Joe gave me the email support at virtualrewardcenter.com
.
I then emailed Virtual Reward Center on October 12, 2025, providing all details including:
My full name, country, order ID, purchase date, and screenshots of the error message and activation link
After that, Joe from CoinGate sent a few follow-up messages (CC’ing Virtual Reward Center), asking me to send them the activation link directly — which I did.
I sent a detailed email (as requested) with all the links and screenshots again to support of virtualrewardcenter.com, but as of now, I have received no reply from them.
It has been almost a month since my purchase, and my card is still not activated. I have paid for a product I cannot use, and the issue seems to be stuck between CoinGate and Virtual Reward Center, with neither side resolving it.
This experience has been very disappointing. I understand regional restrictions can apply, but the lack of transparency, communication, and proper support from both companies is unacceptable.
I hope this review helps other customers be aware of such issues before purchasing. I would also appreciate if CoinGate or Virtual Reward Center could review my case and provide either a working card or a refund.

Bought Visa gift card that requires "manual activation" by calling the issuer company, only problem being that the company is unreachable and their website keeps throwing system error.
I've tried to activate it and use the card in the US, so no, it's not a regional issue, they simply offer a scam on their website.
Just look up yourrewardcard.com on TrustPilot and it'll paint a clear picture for you, I wish I had done the same prior to purchasing their Visa gift card.
Their support acknowledges the issue, stating that they have seen other people complain about the issue, while also refusing to take any action.

I ordered a gift card and was charged $66.91 for @ $57.00 card, and when I got it, it was not valid and said it was already cashed, and no support number to get in touch with this company. I am planning to report to Internet Fraud Division of the government
