This casino is a scam stay away! You will win and they will refuse to cash you out telling you they have a system “glitch.” The glitch is they only have one person cashing out and if they aren’t working they put “canceled by external validation” when you try to submit a withdrawal. I have been unable to submit a withdrawal request going on 6 days now and they do nothing to fix it. Customer service reps lie lie lie especially agent Daniel they blow smoke up your butt all day telling you lies like it will be fixed in 6 hours but it never gets fixed. Stay away you will regret playing here when you can’t cashout your winnings! They are crooks and thieves!

Total rubbish, deposits are swift, but withdrawing is 100% impossible. Misleading information from the support team who can only lie...

They are a scam! I have screenshots of the money they owe me and promises made by the agents they have at customer service. Olive, or Daniel answer most of the time and always say the same thing”please wait 12-24hrs and the payout will be completed. It’s always a lie. I’ve got a phone number as well that also makes hallow promises! Please do not give them any of your money as they are a scam! If they ever pay me I’ll update this review! It’s been over a month now and I seriously doubt I’ll ever be paid!

A rep from Eurobets recommended I try coinbets, and like a moron I did. I should have known given how awful Eurobets was, that here would be the same.
Deposited money ($200) with a high bonus and actually won after completing a CRAZY 40X playthrough.
I go to request a payout and it gets canceled. try a few more times...same deal. Try to contact the "live chat customer support, and when I explain the situation, they disconnect. I read other recent reviews from Eurobets and appears that happens too, so I am not surprised.

So I doubt the other recent reviewer ACTUALLY had a 5 star experience unless to payout amount was lower like $50 or so. Because I couldn't even get $100 in a payout (won $900) approved.

They took my deposits for weeks over $2000 in deposits. I finally won which is a whole different story but I don’t use any bonuses so I can get paid when I do win. It was only $400. I did the payout process and it says error message when I submit it. It’s suppose to be a bitcoin transaction to any wallet. I tried several different t wallets but same error everytime. And magically these same customer service reps who bug the hell out of you when you are depositing money all disappeared when I messaged for help. Ghost town.
