But as we explained to you, and as it is mentioned in the house descriptions, we don’t have our availability visible in marketplaces like the one you are referring to.
The application process has to be done with our team, who is taking the time to learn more about you and verify how we could offer you the best coliving experience. We do this for everyone. Depending on your needs, we then propose you the best options we have available.
We can keep you updated as soon we have the type of bedroom you are looking for.

Accommodating and reliable team
The team at Cohabs Paris is great and very helpful. They organize great events and any problem in the house is dealt with quickly. The process of signing a lease and making payments is clear and easy.

They gave us “gifts”when we checked in…
They gave us “gifts”when we checked in “( like thermal bottle and tote bag) but when u checking out they take 80€ from deposit because of that cheap “complimentary gifts”. Thats super hilariously and weird experience for me . Customer services never responded to mails as well

didnt get my deposit back
I thought Cohabs was a serious company but I didn't receive my deposit back and its been more than a month since I moved out which has brought me personal losses. I tried contacting the house manager to solve this issue but my messages are constantly ignored. They just hold my deposit and wont give it back to me. For this reason, I don't recommend staying at Cohabs

The system we use sent an email two weeks ago to confirm your bank account info for the deposit refund, but the address either had an error or is no longer in use. We deeply regret the delay in communication.
We value all our members and would never intentionally withhold anyone's deposit. We hope our subsequent response and immediate return of the deposit will not largely impact your overall Cohabs experience.
