We have been heavily using the onboarding part of the C2 HRIS all-in-one platform for over a year now. This tool has helped us tremendously to move away from Excel documents used to track different steps and manage additional administrative paperwork. While remaining compliant, the system essentially handles this for us.
The team has also been very supportive and helpful, assisting us with all the challenges we encountered during both the implementation and post-implementation periods.

I like the manager self service module. All is clear and easy to navigate. Notifications are in place and simply the tool works to keep me aligned with all HR related matters and compliance.

We recently started working with C2 HRIS and in the meantime successfully using the recruitment/ onboarding tool, which is saving us so much time. Launch was smooth. Using the tool is simple and self explanatory. We are very excited and can recommend it
