Cofunds Control Freaks
Cofunds/Aegon acquired my ISA some years ago. I recently moved to RSA and informed them of my change of address but they wanted me to send certified copies of my passport by snail mail before they would even change my address.
I did this and also asked them to close my acocunt at the same time.
By their own procedures they have accepted that I am who I say I am but now want further (unclearly defined) material posted to them in the UK to complete the closure.
I now want to raise a complaint (they already owe me an award for a previous complaint as yet unpaid) about the fact that I cannot see how to complain to them by email. Also, they have not answered reasonable queries I have sent them. For example, have they now changed my address? What do I have to do to get my cash released? Why is the proof I sent them of my identity (their own processes!) not sufficient to release my own money?
Total control freaks! Avoid dealing with this crew.
