Ordered the VBM Domobar Service Kit (#RE-vbm-domobar-service-kit) and it is incomplete: missing one 513836/T ring (there should be 3, only 2 included) and 460000/T completely. The support is mental: they don't respond to requests via website (waited for 3 days) and good luck getting someone on the phone: elevator music for 30 seconds and "we'll call you back". Spoiler: they won't, you need to call again and again. Everything listed in the description is included so there is no issue from the company's point of view even though it's missing parts. Another issue is the part names listed are VBM part numbers, so using the parts diagram on the website will be confusing because the part numbers don't match what's in the description, so good luck figuring out something is indeed missing. For a 100$+ kit I expect the kit to contain everything needed or support to fix an issue on their part.

I love my Outin Espresso Machine - even brewed my own espresso on a domestic flight yesterday - much to the delight of the cabin crew and some fellow passengers. My 1st order (express post option) - ordered and it came the next day. Got a Pesado tamp and IMS shower screen.

2nd order (regular post option) - just silicone grease. Ordered on a thurs and it came Saturday. Has zero scent so that's awesome.

Really impressed. I've seen the guy that owns it pop up on YouTube so made me feel comfy that it's not a scam. I am leaving this review because another site "coffee beanery" scammed me for a whole machine 3k. So please shop carefully and go here instead or Jet Black espresso.

Ordered, got my stuff.

Under sink filter kit had no instructions, so you have to already have an idea how it works. However mine needed three O rings in two sizes. One on the brass to brass main fitting, and one either side of the plastic filter part where the braided lines screw in. I also added plumbers tape to make sure.

Was a two day job, because I had to install it, see the massive leaks, then go get the parts the next day to properly finish the job.

Water tastes great now from the tap and won't gunk up the coffee machine, however the supposed kit should have been complete, and the seller probably should respond when you tell them your issues that you had.
