Great grinder upgrade
I did the grinder upgrade with these guys and am very happy. Took about a week after sending my old grinder to get the new one which is great, esp as it was near a bank holiday which can sometimes have a knock on.
The new grinder was well packaged and seems to be working well. I also got some free grinder cleaner and a canvas bag which was nice! Will definitely shop here again. The company feels really genuine and it’s nice supporting actual independent places who seem to really care about the customer experience. Thanks guys!

Outstanding customer service from Leigh at Coffee Hit, nothing has been too much trouble and emails are answered promptly! I have also just discovered their amazing range of coffee beans (I had initially been ordering a spare part for my Nutramilk machine from them) so will be a regular customer from now on.
Excellent customer service
Excellent experience ordering a Baratza Coffee Grinder from Coffee Hit. John has been so helpful fixing an issue with it - they even paid for postage were able to fix the issue no problem. Would highly recommend.
Defective item, sub-par service
The item arrived damaged with a huge dent on the side, asked for a replacement, and the replacement unit arrived with multiple visible discolouration marks on it. The quality control is really disappointing and the quality of the service is also sub-par. The customer service person kept sending me labels to print out even though it's 2024 and I have already stated that I don't have a printer at home. I wasted more than an hour of my time on this and they did not offer any solution at all.

If you order as 'retail customer' you have to beg for your vat receipt.
They keep telling: 'we send it' but of course they didn't.
Their delivery parter Yodel never delivers you the parcel, you always have to take it from their depot.

I bought a coffee machine just over a year ago from Coffee Hit - I was happy with it but within quick succession two parts broke. I checked with the manufacturer and they only sold spares to the US and Mexico so I reached out to Coffee Hit and asked if they knew how I could get spares. I had an answer immediately when they opened the next day, they found some spares that would work for me, and I had everything good-as-new less than a day later. Brilliant support and I'd definitely use them again.

The best customer service
I bought a Baratza Encore grinder from here. It arrived quickly. I had an issue setting it up so it didn't grind correctly. I emailed their customer support and got a quick response from John who was very helpful troubleshooting over email and eventually sent a courier to collect it from my home and send it back to them to fix. He very quickly fixed it and sent it back to me. The whole process was so quick and effective, I now have a perfect grinder. Thanks!
Excellent repair service.
I recently used Coffee Hut's Sette grinder repair service which includes shipping, any repairs required and a full service and calibration of the machine.
The following, which is the text of my thank you email to the company, will serve as my review.
I have just received my repaired Sette coffee grinder, it arrived very quickly, thank you.
I could not wait to give it a try...... wow, it's like a new machine, it ground a perfect dose straight out of the box without any adjustments!
The quality of the grind was excellent giving a lovely crema. (I did not appreciate how bad it had become previously).
Thank you also for the new and upgraded display/control panel, it's very nice to have the extra memory facilities.
You have done a great job and i will be posting an excellent review.
Delayed review posting
I preordered a grinder, it had a delay due to shipping problems but that’s fine. They even let me change my colour choice shortly before it was due to ship.
However, after a month of use I wasn’t thrilled with the grinder. They couldn’t accept a return which is fine I wasn’t really expecting them to. They did offer to test it for faults under warranty but I don’t believe it’s faulty, just not up to my expectations. Again this is fine.
However when I tried to leave a 3 star review on the product, I received an email asking me to revise my review (I think this is meant to just make me aware that I can but the subject line is literally “Please revise your review of Coffee Hit ltd”. I’ve checked the website multiple times and cleared my cache and hours later the review still isn’t showing. Don’t trust product reviews on the site.
UPDATE: Review is now visible, updating score from 3 to 4 star to reflect that

Top marks to Coffee Hit !
I ordered a Fellow everyday mug on 28th March and Yodel finally delivered it on 12th April. I was let down by the courier company who failed to deliver it on four separate occasions saying they could not find my house. During the two week period waiting, Coffee Hit’s operational manager was excellent in communicating with me and Yodel trying to resolve the matter. After two weeks I now have the Fellow mug which is first class. Top marks to Coffee Hit for their customer service but zero marks to Yodel!
