I ordered a restore machine, received it in France, perfect condition with quality modification added to it

they posted one M4 nut to myself 18 euro, I did not order a single nut? and FedX postage total 18 euro!!!!

Avoid this company no apology, how can they post a single M4 nut out using FedX, you can buy metric nuts from any hardware store shocking company!!!!!!!!!!

Fast shipping. Good selection of parts you can't get elsewhere. All-around I would give 5 stars... However, shortly after I placed my order, and was about to pick it up, there was a sale. I asked if I could get a partial refund, but I couldn't because I placed my order a week ago(wow, that's such a long time... in dog years I guess.). So moral of the story is. only buy from here if there's a sale, lol. Fast shipping though.

I've bought the
"La Pavoni Lever custom Steam Valve Removal Tool or Wrench".
This tool is, my opinion, a "must-have" for all those who work with their Pavoni by themselves!
Perfect fitting, and (...I've tried different...!) no other tool is possible because of the opening-wideness !

My 2020 Europiccola, after 5 years of perhaps 5 cups per day, has been poorly lately. Not filling well with the lever up, occasionally losing pressure when pressing. I replaced the piston seals, didn't help much. While it was apart I noticed the plastic adaptor between the group head and the boiler pipe was falling apart, and the plastic piston sleeve had a noticeable bulge out, away from the piston, midway up. Found Coffee sensor has replacement brass adaptor and stainless sleeve. Bought same, arrived quickly given I'm rural and on the opposite side of the world.
Made tools to fit both.
Europiccola works well again, feels better than new. Very happy.

I left my 5 year old La Pavoni machine at the shop to be repaired. We chat online about what parts to put on, and the mechanic was very thorough in examining what was wrong, what could be replaced, how much would it cost, whether its necessary, etc.

I would leave a 10 star review if I could. The service was amazing. He is an incredible professional. He got the machine fixed literally in a day. When I received it, it truly felt like new. I love it so much I had to sign up here to leave my review. This is an amazing family-owned business doing real valuable A+ craftsman work in fixing/repairing/modifying La Pavonis and should be rewarded. I'm incredibly happy with my Europiccola now - it no longer makes noises, heats up fast, and generally operates perfectly. It's like a new machine.

#1. 10/5 website. Cannot tell you how frustrating most sites are and just utterly frustrating, Coffee Sensor the opposite. Simple, logical and very easy to navigate.

I asked when I called as I knew this was not some outsource to a 14 year old developing, it is obviously someone who has tried and tested the functionality, if only many websites were the same, this one is just great. A+++++ Zero frustration zero, very rare.

Check out easy and the description of the shipping services excellent and again well thought out and accurate. I picked the lowest shipping option cost wise with a clear warning that the tracking was "iffy" and lacking. Again, really well set out and met expectations as was better and was happily surprised when the gaskets arrived ahead of when I thought, loved the shipping descriptions, very nice touch.

Product well packaged and beautifully printed schematic in the pouch, again, very nice touch.

You can call and speak to the gentleman who is wonderful and passionate about what he does.

I would absolutely ignore the absurd 2 bad reviews, on the other hand I would be suspicious if only 100% reviews like mine, some people are impossible if you had not received the memo or travelled on a plane !!

In my first order I have upgraded my old La Pavoni Ep Post Mill with a lot of upgrades you can get in this shop like bong isolator, single whole steam wand tip, temperature strip set, bottomless portafilter holder, orange silicone gaskets, double filter basket, special bearing, IMS 20g competition filter basket and other stuff.

After this upgrade the cappuccino I got out of the La Pavoni EP convinced my sister so that she wanted to have a La Pavoni also. This time I decided to get one La Pavoni Pro with all the upgrades installed. This was a custom project offer from coffee-sensor shop. Luckely I already knew what I wanted out of all possebilities there are.

I have been ordering La Pavoni parts and upgrades from Coffee Sensor for a few years already.
The quality is always great and the responses are very quick whenever I have questions or help needed.
Instructions are also included and there are YouTube videos available.

I made another purchase from Tudor recently, but didn't post a review of the Airbuster because initially (although the instructions are clear) I had problems with the piston unscrewing again. I finally solved this by cleaning all threads thoroughly and using liquid PTFE, which has now lasted well. The Airbuster device is yet another game-changer & my coffees are more consistently excellent. I'm also delighted with silicone piston seals & the best quality puck screen (I've tried a few others). As ever, perfectly packaged & fast service. Thank you!

Coffee Sensor is amazing. I've got a La Pavoni 1996 and ordered multiple times. Every time they over deliver, by giving the best possible advise and if required also any additional things to ensure I can do the right maintenance and mods. Just amazing!
