Paid a monthly subscription beginning…

Paid a monthly subscription beginning in August. I used the service for a few weeks. Forgot about cancelling the monthly recurring charge of $49.99. Recently noticed the charge on my bank statement and requested a refund for December. Unfortunately my correspondence has been ignored with no refund offered. I have not used the product for 3 months, yet I only requested the December subscription be refunded. I find this unacceptable not engaging with me and ignoring the situation. Very disappointing.
