Charged USD 39.90 for an automatic annual renewal. Contacted support within minutes to cancel and request a refund — service no longer used.
What I got, in writing:
• Support first admitted they never received my initial cancellation email (“We didn’t receive your previous email”). Days later, the same team denied any system failure. Both cannot be true.
• Replies were templated and evasive, despite assurances that support is “fully human.”
• A 50% refund was offered as a “middle ground,” then withdrawn when I asked for a full refund given their admitted error and my immediate cancellation.
• EU consumer rights on contested auto-renewals were dismissed outright.
I have filed a chargeback with my bank and a complaint with Freemius. Full email transcript on file as evidence.

Do not recommend. Do not subscribe unless you are prepared to fight for your own money.

CodeSnippets has become the most important software for my projects. I've eliminated many plugins and developed code (also thanks to chatgpt), and with CodeSnippets everything works perfectly.

The interesting thing is the separation of each function, allowing me to activate, deploy, or modify the functions I need. I've created a system that duplicates posts, a global search and replace, a product filter for e-commerce, clamp management, and many other features.

For me, it's the best plugin for WP.

Recently, I started transitioning from classic child themes to a more user-friendly solution. I purchased the Code Snippets, and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made.
The library that lets you easily access your snippets, dynamic options, and the possibility to add all my code in one place is a blessing!

There are constantly bugs and errors in the plugin. They absolutely do not provide solution-oriented support for the plugin. The pro version really sucks. It doesn't work properly at all. I tried to use it in a test environment for about a year, but unfortunately it did not work efficiently at all. The support for the pro version is also really terrible. Sometimes they don't answer at all. Sometimes days later. I am not happy at all. (Note: I can prove all of this if necessary.)
