Honestly just avoid - they sell keys with no mention of restrictions then when you get your key it only works in Ukraine! They real;y should show this before you order - a waste of money now!

I have purchased two games so far, both at a price well under the ones found on steam.

I had to use the customer service once and they are both polit and efficient.

I have bought Splinter Cell Blacklist + DLC Key, which was very cheap, sent fast in friendly written mail.
The DLC was sent a half week later via mail from gameholds.com!?! There could be need a pickup!!!

I preordered the standard Edition Splinter Cell: Blacklist. On releaseday (August 22nd ) they sent me this message at 2:44 pm: we are getting prepared to send the keys now… At 4:37 pm they sent me this well-known message: …Today we received – on extreme short notice – information by our wholesale partner that the standard Edition of the game only will be available on August 22rd (?), 2013…It is especially disappointing because the “Upper Echelon” edition of the game is available. All codes for this edition were sent to our customers….
I cancelled my order and it took almost one day to get my money back with PayPal.

Very cheap and easy
Was not sure about buying a code, but it was only a cheap game so thought what the heck give it ago, I read most of the FAQ and it did say within 30 mins I would get the code but was waiting for an hour or more this is the reason I gave 4 stars and not 5.
But everything went smoothly and got the code downloaded the game and installed it and inserted the keys to activate the game.
Great site will buy from again if they keep the prices down.
