I had a few issues with my order and they fixed my issues and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I def give customer service 5 stars just tried the product for the first time today so cant comment on results yet. But amazing customer service

I had previously left a one star because my package had been delayed in customs for 6 weeks order #. f- 2387289 at that time I did not believe I was receiving quality customer care. Once my review was read, I began to receive weekly updates. On 9/19/25 I received my purchase and the order was shipped perfectly nothing was opened or missing. It was just held in customs for an unknown reason. FedEx keep communicating with customs to. This was not a Cocunat issue and once they started updating me, I felt comfortable that my $1,000 order would not be lost.

I had been using another miconeedling product, but that caused redness. Yours, I'm happy to say, did not! It was somewhat harder to manage pressing the pump as I have arthritis. I also had way too much product left, which makes me think I didn't press hard enough. Sadly, I didn't get glowing results. I mostly looked for differences in my forehead, upper cheek area, upper lip, and marionette lines, and nothing much happened.

I’m very impressed with the customer service. They were patient and handled the issue with my order quickly and efficiently. They never tried to shift the responsibility and resolved everything smoothly.
Because of this excellent service—and the fact that the product itself is truly high quality—I’ll definitely remain a loyal customer. Highly recommended!thank you Laura.

I explained I saw no improvement in my skin. I have been taking photos of my face and notice no difference. I have one bottle left , I have been wanting to return for a refund. Please advice

I’m a content creator and influencer, and Cocunat has honestly been such a wonderful discovery for me! I’m truly impressed with the products and I love recommending them to my followers.
The face mask completely replaced salon care for me, the body butter feels magical, and the hair products are just amazing. Delivery is always fast and reliable, and the packaging - so pretty and such a joy to receive 😻
The only little downside: I was sad, when the promo code I got didn’t work, and customer support couldn’t really help me out. So I had to take off one star.
But overall, I’ll definitely keep using Cocunat myself and recommending it to my community!

Don't see any difference in my skin. I ordered 4 microneedling products that came in a nice box with samples. I have used 2 just as advised withing 2 weeks and I did not see any improvement. I took before and after pictures in the same light and distance and there was not a tiny improvement. I still have 2 to go so I will use one this weekend month after the last one. Lets see what happens.

Been using for two months. Frown lines pretty much gone. Still working on Marinette lines but very happy with the product.

I ordered micro needling, however have not seen any difference. I used it as directed. Very disappointed.

Product makes my skin feel very hydrated
Small reduction in fine lines which I hope will improve more over time

I’ve been trying to contact someone in customer service for days. I can’t find a phone number anywhere! I just wanted to adjust my subscription and reached out by email. I still haven’t heard back so I reached out via email a second time.
I’m so bothered by the lack of support that I’d like to cancel everything please. Please have someone call me to address these issues. Thank you!

When I placed an order to join the club and commit to a 6 month subscription I was assured I would receive a particular product. When I received a different product it took weeks of trying to communicate with the customer care team and repeating the problem again and again before I had the problem resolved….saying that the product I was using has a cumulative effect and I was without it for a month so I will be cancelling my subscription the moment the 6 month commitment ends. I received a lovely email from the founder when I joined but of course it is automated as I had no response to the email I sent. I found the whole experience very stressful and even though I like the clinical filler I will now walk away from this

Used two treatments quite honestly haven’t seen any difference .. first treatment august 15 and then as per recommendation applied another application 15 days later .

I have now tried your product as well as your top competitors brand. Neither products work as described. This is a complete waste of time and money. My advice, use the money towards services at a Dermatologist’s office. At least you will have your desired results.

I love their hair products and use them everyday. They really makes curl looks amazing.

The monthly subscription is super handy, although prices have increased significantly which is a shame.

Love the Cocunat anti cellulite gels. I’ve been using it for a few months and am really starting to see a difference. I wish you could buy the Smart Burn independently. I try to only workout 4 or 5 days a week so I end up with more Warm Up than I need. Am I missing somewhere on the site that is possible?
