They shipped the package via FedEx and FedEx delivered it to who knows where. I never received the package. I contacted their customer service and the reply was awful and rude. Absolutely will never order from Cocorrina ever again. Do not buy they will scam deliver your package to who knows where then refuse to your money back or to reship as is their responsibility. Never again.

I bought Clean Linen from Amazon and could not be more disappointed. The only time I can smell anything is when I hold it within 1-2 inches of my nose and even then it doesn't smell like linen, clean or not. It came in just a clear plastic bottle. Yes, I used the sticks that came with it in case you're thinking that's the issue.

Absolutely awful customer service. I ordered a print as a birthday present and I never received it. When I contacted them for a replacement they told me it was my fault, to take it up with the courier though I did not choose the courier and that they wouldn’t help me. I wouldn’t recommend this company. They were extremely rude to me, including the owner. I wouldn’t ever buy from here again.

Further commenting on your response. UPS never updated me with any tracking info and also never put a calling card through my door. I reached out in good faith that there would be a resolution and got met with an emotional and aggressive response being told I was accusing of you of not sending the parcel. I was not. I was simply explaining what had happened and asking for a replacement. I had loved your work previous that I had bought but now it's completely tarnished as I know there's no authentic love and light behind your work, if that's how you respond to a fan, lover and buyer of your work. I am truly disappointed and it still stands my issue was with your chosen courier not delivering the item I ordered to my house. Whether or not I checked later than you would have liked, I still purchased something that I never received. Money down the drain and no resolution.

Cocorrina is the absolute best! I have been using their journals for years now! I literally ask for the yearly journal/planner every year for the holidays now. They are so thoughtfully and beautifully made-even the packaging is exquisite! All the details are so unique. I cannot recommend their products enough.

Has the best products! I have backed every Kickstarter and ordered almost every product they've released. I'm so thrilled they are releasing jewelry, that is my next big purchase! I am so in love with their products, it feels like she captures a bit of our ancestry and history with everything she touches. I couldn't recommend this shop more, and hope to see it myself someday in person!

Fabulous store and I have bought many books. Shipping is from Greece but considering how far the goods are coming from, delivery is quick. I would highly recommend.

With occasional seasonal free wallpapers (that are gorgeous!) to new items released that show cases their evolution. I have admired so much of the art, it speaks to me as I’m sure it does for many. The Rune Desk was my first purchase at Cocorrina (date of experience : november 2019 !) and receive it was as a magical surprise as the cards temselves.
