Please dont trust Cocoon with your face…

Please be very careful when visiting this medical spa. It' all about the money, not about what the customer desires.
I came to Cocoon to visit Dr. Ivan for my first facial procedure, emphasizing that I was nervous and wanted a natural look and minimal treatment. Despite my repeated concerns, he ignored my requests and injected over 12 units more than what another professional had recommended. This has resulted in eye ptosis, leaving my left eye droopy for three months now and severely damaging my confidence and aging me greatly.
The follow-up consultation two weeks later with Dr. Josie confirmed that too much Botox was used, or it was injected incorrectly. It was so bad I had to visit an eye specialist in Singapore who also confirmed that the excess or misplacement of Botox was the cause and advised that I just had to wait for it to leave my system. There is so much in my face that it's been 3 months, and my eye is still droopy, puffy and I still struggle to keep my left eye open.
Dealing with Cocoon’s owner, Louise Cogan, has been awful too. Wildly disappointing and frustrating. Despite me not being in Bali, she insists I return in person before she will refund me. I’ve sent multiple videos showing the problem, clearly showing me lifting the flaps of skin up, but she only focuses on how good my skin looks, completely ignoring the droopy eyes. I've told her repeatedly that it is NOT my skin I have the issue with but it's the big folds of skins dropping over my eyes that she simply won't address. She refuses to offer a refund without an in-person visit and instead suggests more injections, which I obviously won’t risk again. I don't need any more injections -my face is full of too much already!!! She won't to come to Singapore either.
I’ve lost all confidence in my appearance, I look much older, and will never visit Cocoon again. I am also filing complaints with medical adjudicators in Indonesia to review why Dr Ivan did not listen and continued to do the procedures using too much and/or in the wrong place, I am also contacting a consumer regulation group regarding the poor handling of this situation by the business owner, Ms Gogan. Her handling of the situation has been unprofessional. I used to be very pretty and confident. This process has left me looking at a stranger I don't recognise in the mirror. I wished I had never visited. Please be very careful. It's all about the money.
