This is outrageous!

This is outrageous!
You place an order where you do not have any follow up.
You get summoned because you are asking for status updates on the order. The customer service is outrageous and rude! I have been trying to cancel the order as the package will be arriving once I leave but no I am told that it’s not their problem and they will not refund me for a month. Knowing that I have been telling them that I do not want this order they could have liaised with the transport company instructing them for the return but no!
Now the driver will just dump the package in the yard and coco hair will do everything they can to refuse my refund.
Really disgusting practice and company!
Instagram should not advertise their products!
