The actual drink was pleasant and I was pleased to receive the free sample really quickly. Sadly it didn’t help with my insomnia but I hadn’t really thought it could as I’ve had severe insomnia for 19 years. I am willing to try anything just incase something helps so for now the search goes on.

Cocoa Dreams changed my life.
It’s the first hot chocolate-style drink I’ve tried that genuinely helps me unwind at night. The flavour is smooth and comforting, not too sweet, and it’s become a small ritual that signals my brain it’s time to switch off. Within minutes I feel calmer, and my sleep has been noticeably deeper and more consistent.

Highly Recommend!
The website is so easy to use and navigate which is so good. It tastes amazing as well and the range of samples are really good just to test out and see what works for you. I could really tell a difference and my sleep quality has been so much better since having a drink every night

Excellent Product
I was a bit sceptical at first as I have previously tried many ways to sort out my sleep, but they never seemed to work.However, after trying Cocoa Dreams, my sleep has drastically changed for the better. It's great-tasting and almost effortless to make, I would definitely recommend!

Great night's sleep at last.
I liked the look of this brand so gave it a try. So glad I did! The drinking chocolate tasted great and gave me the best nights sleep I've had for a while. When I woke up I felt really refreshed and raring to go. I'll be recommending this to my friends.
