Customer service was completely AWFUL.
Me and my partner’s hot water tap went loose and hot water wouldn’t stop running - had to switch off at boiler, the cold water tap was also coming loose and the same thing would happen and we would be forced to cut our water supply completely. Our property manager put out an issue to this company, who firstly, DO NOT have a direct contact number - you have to leave a message, I left several and they did not call me back once. Email communication was horrendous took over 12 hours to reply and they kept asking more questions rather than coming to solve the issue. To put in context, our property manager then contacted another contractor who travelled an hour to solve the issue same day, no questions asked.

Great service! Johnny came to fix some issues at the property and did so swiftly and explained what needed doing/he had done. Also a friendly guy. Would recommend

Over the past several years we have had a great experience with Jonny at iforhomes/ Hancock and Bentley.

He has gone above and beyond for us and made sure all maintenance is done quickly and to a really high standard with great communication. Even when our experience with the company (Hancock and bentley) wasn’t the best, he ensured that the service he provided was 5 star.

Not only has he been efficient and reliable, but he is really lovely and went above expectations off his own back. Would 100% recommend Jonny.
