Bought a blindshell phone from Cobalt for mum.
They were pleased to help with queries before purchase, phone was delivered in a few days and Karl was extremely helpfull and patient in helping me set the phone up.

We had a small problem with the charger port so phoned Cobalt.
Within 5 minutes, pick up of the phone was arranged for 2 days time and also a temporary handset was delivered so mum didn't have to go without. Two weeks later we got her phone back in perfect working order and a courier collected the temporary phone.

I honestly can't fault this company, In our experience they really go above and beyond.

If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I sent a watch back on Monday as the strap had broken and, by Thursday, it had been returned with a new strap. The staff are always helpful and this in an excellent company.

Great company - very helpful, super product, ideal for registered disabled.

I was searching for a thingy to help me fill my tea cup - turns out it is called a liquid level indicator.

The additional problem I have is I cannot hold a whole cup of tea - I can only manage a half cup and knowing nothing about these things I needed someone to talk to.

I found cobolt systems on a google search - I saw they had the same items as the RNIB, but cheaper and in addition they had a variable level indicator - the only one I could find on the internet for the UK.

I called and spoke to a lovely lady who advised me on the cricket ( this si the standard one, looks like a circle with prongs) and also their own Sensa Cup Level Indicator (MK111). We decided on this one as it is variable and suited my needs, which she carefully listened to, and she asked if rather than having to set up an account online, if I would like to pay over the phone.

I did, took seconds, and the lady from Cobolt systems advised me it would be with me in a day or two -well I said thank you but did not get my hopes up.

It turned up the next day!

well packaged and easy to use.

As a registered disabled person, buying things for my disability, I do not need to pay VAT within the UK, they sorted that out for me and only charged me the non VAT price without any bother.

I would therefore highly recommend Cobolt systems UK for this level indicator thing, and also would probably extend that to their other products, just give them a call if you are not sure what you need and they seem well versed and willing to help.
