COMPLETE SCAM, BEWARE!!

Horrible service. Ordered November for Christmas gift. Attempted to cancel order after holidays, but it was "already in progress" so Wasn't allowed. Received in mid-January. Husband did not like it -- too flat for male shoulders to really offer support. Really just a single memory foam piece. Initiated return (had to still pay for initial shipping and return shipping), STILL haven't received refund after returning on 1/21/25. Have tracking number I sent as required by customer service. It is now 3/13/25 and No luck. I FULLY BELIEVE THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM. BEWARE!!

I ordered a pillow in Jan that never…

I ordered a pillow in Jan that never arrived. I emailed the company and they sent me the "updated" tracking info, which was the same tracking info I already had. I then realized that the tracking said the pillow had been delivered to another address 2 hours south of me. When I reached out to the company I continued to get the run around from them telling me that it was in fact delivered to my home, even though I sent screen shots of their tracking proving that it was not with my address. They continued to tell me that it was then just stopped responding all together. I have since had to order another pillow and have wasted $80 on this pillow. Extremely disappointed to say the least!

The pillow is amazing

The pillow is amazing, I have not had a sleepless night since I received my pillow. I don’t wake up in pain anymore.

That being said their customer service is nonexistent and is worst I have ever dealt with. They say they will get back to you in 1-2 business days. I sent them an email on January 23 about a defect in one of the pillows and still have not heard back.

I ordered 3 more pillows to take to the ranch. I ordered gray and they sent white. Worst ever to deal with!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. ORDERED A PILLOW IN DECEMBER, THAT NEVER ARRIVED, SO SINCE IT WAS ASSUMED NOT ARRIVED, I ORDERED ANOTHER PILLOW. THAT CAME FROM THE LOCATION ON THE WEB PAGE. THE "FIRST" PILLOW ARRIVED AFTER THE SECOND PILLOW FROM A THIRD PARTY IN SANTA MONICA, LIKELY A RETURN TO SOME THIRD PARTY VENDOR. SENT IT BACK AFTER THEY ADVISED TO SEND IT BACK. POSTAGE COST $20.00N THE PACKAGE CAME BACK TO MY HOUSE AS UNDELIVERABLE TO MY HOME ADDRESS, SAME BOX, SAME ADDRESS.

CoBio is Horrible scam company

Ordered pillows in January and they have not arrived but my credit card was charged. Same experience as others which tells me I will probably never recover my money or see any pillows. The tracking stopped after a week of movement with no explanation from company. The only lesson learned from this is now I will not buy anything through Instagram ads if I have never heard of the company or checked reviews first.

MAKE SURE YOU USE PAYPAL IF YOU DECIDE TO ORDER

1/1/25 I ordered these on their "try it for 100 nights, no risk" offer.

1/22/25 I requested to return 2 of the 3 items (their return policy: return a max of 2 items for refund per order. Unlimited store credit and exchange items.) They approved and provided an address for me to send to. I paid $10.50 USPS to return items.

2/18/25 I received the package back with the shipping address blacked out, another address label had been attached and that address was blacked out. When I contacted them the response was "both addresses are good addresses" Because they had been blacked out, I could not read the addresses and wasn't able to tell them what they were - how did they know that "both were correct" I asked them to refund - they now are not responding to me. .- $127.18

2/22/25 Reported to Paypal (attached a PDF of the email exchanges and a picture of the package that was returned to me)

3/5/25 I was notified by Paypal that they agreed with me and were refunding my money

Ordered a pillow on 1/16/25

Ordered a pillow on 1/16/25. Got a tracking email about 3 weeks later. Tracking put it close to delivery. When I actually put in the tracking number into USPS website, said unpaid postage and won’t be delivered. Sent several emails to get this fixed. Always gave me the run around. Requested many times for a refund of my money, with more excuses or no response. Today, 3/6/25, still states unpaid postage and won’t be delivered. Have filed a charge dispute through my bank to get my money back. Do not buy from this company.

Bought my pillow over a month ago and haven’t received.
The tracking number through their website says in on the way but when I use the same tracking number on USPS says it does not even exists.
Phone number is off
No one answers the emails.

Trash Pillows. SCAM- Run away from this company

Ordered Pillows on 2/2/25. Finally arrived over a month later on 3/4/25. Two pillows shrink wrapped in a package. No brand labels on the pillows, just "Made in china". Opened one pillow and then smell of chemicals is AWFUL! I'm trying to see if the smell will lessen over a few days and also will see if the compressed pillow expands but I'm not hopeful. Total waste of money and time. These pillows are trash. I'm actually shocked that I received the pillows because seems like most reviewers don't even get them.

Do not buy

Do not buy. I’m almost certain they’re running a scam. I ordered December 19th and filed a bank disputed on February 22nd due to no receipt. It is now March 4, 2025 and still nothing. They have the nerve to deny my refund request because “they shipped” my order but can’t provide an accurate tracking number.

Worst company customer service ever!

Looks like I’m not the only one that ordered a pillow 3 months ago, received tracking number and no pillow. I have emailed multiple times, last two for a refund and only get stock response. No phone to call! This place is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I won’t order anything from a company direct, using Amazon products only!!!

No pillow, no customer service.

Ordered pillow in January, have not seen it yet. Continue to get "we're sincerely sorry" form letters in response to my emails. Last update in tracking form over 3 weeks ago, saying it's "in transit to next facility". Same message that showed up two weeks before that, when it (supposedly) was already in the US.

Efforts to cancel / get refund fruitless: more bot-like emails and "we can't give you your money back because it's on its way to you.

I'm now completely convinced that was $80 I'll never see again. I've since bought a competitor's pillow, so am beginning to get some relief, at least.

If I could rate a zero I would. I wish I read these reviews before I purchased. Ordered November. Received End of January. It smelled disgusting and was flat. Tried to return. Paid for tracking and it was returned to me. Address unknown. I’d be interested in civil suit or class action.

Customer service won't return messages.

Ordered a pillow on 11/30/24, but didn't receive it until 1/14/25. Pillow was creased, floppy, and flat, and wouldn't expand. Damaged from shipping. Contacted customer service immediately and multiple times through email and website before disputing the charge. My bank denied dispute request because I was outside the 30 day return window, which I never had a chance of making due to the 6 week shipping delay.

SCAM. Contact your bank to contest the charge

I ordered two pillows as Christmas presents for my partner and I. Got an email with tracking number, and saw it was being shipped from China. Tracking showed no update since the initial pickup. A month later I emailed them asking for status of my order. They said it was lost and offered to reship at no cost. I initially took them on the offer, but after a few days of no response I asked for a refund. They said they understand and will notify me when they process it. Almost 2 weeks pass and nothing. I ended up contacting my bank and contesting the charge and they said they will contact the merchant. Funny how I get an email less than 48hrs later telling me my refund has been processed, but I won’t let up until I see the money in my account.
