Bought OP16 drop back in June, then a few weeks AFTER the drop - got a cancellation email, no explanation, nothing.

Reached out to support multiple times - completely ignored, seems they don't have a problem immediately taking your money even when they don't have the stock but will ignore you when you try to get your refund back (12 days after the "refund" is processed) so they withheld my money for over a 3 weeks now.

Horrible business, horrible service - 0 communication

In the process with getting the money back from my bank from this fraudulant business. Don't buy from this place - clearly ran by incompetent clowns

Took money from loads of customers for OP16 and chaos rising pokemon and didn’t send the order. People are still asking for refunds and the owner is ducking everyone. Fake and scammed

Very poor company. Just cancelled my order for a reason I requested it which I didn’t. And now, not even replying to answer my email about the refunds but they’re happy to do raffles online which mean they wanted to more money from people.

They cancelled a preorder, fine, but they say they can't refund directly, so I need to provide my bank details, they then proceed to ghost me without a refund

Placed order, no item received, no updates. Reached out serval times by email and website form but no reply. Item has been updated to say has been dispatched but Royal Mail still havnt received it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Scammers !! Avoid!! They will cancel your order and lie it was refunded than ignoring your messages and never send your money back!!

Cancelled order with no reason, after I finally managed to order.

No order or communication. 4 emails sent and nothing regarding an order placed over 20 days ago.

Cancelled order for no reason, no communcation just an owner who wants to keep the product for himself when the price rised.

I made an expensive Pokemon order worth around £300, which was cancelled almost immediately. That's fine. These things happen. However, it has now been over 2 weeks since then, and I still haven't been refunded. I have made multiple follow up attempts, which at most only get generic time waste responses e.g "will be looked into", etc. Over 2 weeks is an atrociously long amount of time to hold someone else's money.

I am not in the business of giving companies interest-free loans, and will be pursuing a chargeback with my bank if they keep this up any longer. This company has ZERO respect for your money, and I cannot recommend purchasing from a retailer that fails to provide a timely refund after cancelling an order. In their discord, there are a lot of people who are going through a similar experience. When people express their frustration with the lack of refunds, they just got insulted by the handful of CoastiesCollectibles white knights. It is clear they are a repeat offender of this behaviour, and I will avoid this company from now on, even if they had the blood of a real life Unicorn on pre-order. I would advise everyone else to do the same.

EDIT: The company continued to be useless and I had to get my money back by a chargeback. This company is incompetent at best, malicious at worst.

I entered a new buyers raffle for 6 packs of Chaos Rising. I was lucky to win the chance to enter and fortunately shipping was quick and arrived well packaged.

It looks like issues have been faced with stock, supply chains and refunds but I faced none of this.

Worst Company Ever. Does not fulfil orders, poor communication & won’t respond to messages at all. I had to raise a chargeback to get my money, do not trust this company.

Terrible customer service. They cancelled everyone’s one piece booster boxes which is fine but they don’t email you to tell you this. They expect you to find their obscure discord and once in there don’t expect to be treated any better. They refuse to reply to their “support tickets” and if you ask any questions you’re just harassed and insulted by their fanboys. Been 9 days without the refund just spend your money elsewhere.

Edit: 19 days no refund. I initially got a message back on my ticket saying how sorry they were and they would refund asap. After that nothing. Not even the decency to reply to you. Still have time to promote raffles though.

Edit:2 has been 34 days no refund. Now they don’t even let you write messages on their discord (only mods can). Last update was 2 weeks ago saying they are refunding people asap which is laughable.

I pre-ordered two riftbound products on Feb 9th after being selected to purchase following entering the raffle.

I reached out via email on 6th June to ask for a full refund due to the lack of communication and delay, but haven't had a response. I also raised a ticket in their discord to follow up and was advised this would be looked into.

I can see that they had now put up the next Riftbound set for pre-order which further prompted me to reach out again to request. At this point I will likely have to get in touch with my bank for support to get the money back.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend or use again in the future.

Don’t order from here - absolute time waster. No email notifications of cancellation. I had to keep emailing and then going into there discord for an update. Save your self the headache

Ordered 35 packs of sleeves, arrived 4 days later, with 35 packs. counted 5 of the packs, had 100, 99, 100, 100, 99. Quality is good, but the control when packing the product needs to improve. Overall, its great

Have received my order of 2 vaultx binders. Had to make contact with customer services and well what can I say, absolutely amazing customer service. The speed in which they replied and dealt with my issue was brilliant. In no time at all it was sorted. I can also say that the binders were well packaged and delivered quickly. Go team coasties. Fab experience from start to finish. Would give more stars if possible.

Great communication and packaged to perfection

Never delivered on a product for over 5 months.
No responses to e-mails or discord posts (would just get deleted). No response to support tickets on discord.

EVENTUALLY, an email apologising and explaining how they'd refund me.

After everything, I'd expect a quick refund, but over 1.5 weeks and no. Funny how they're ready to take everyone's money instantly from their bank account, but can't refund for days on end.

Don't buy from them and if you look at the reviews, the person's right. Repeated users are rating it 5 stars on the same day on separate occasions.

Joke of a store.

(Update - they returned the money the next business day after my bank had notified them that they owed it to me. Disgrace that I had to get my bank involved )

Second Order from Coasties. A few One Piece booster packs. Smaller order than when I purchased some Riftbound bits here, but again, a good experience. Arrived quickly via tracked mail and extremely well packaged.
