I purchased a dog harness for my Australian Shepard while on a trip and when I got home and opened it came to find the harness had a defective clip. Due to purchasing while traveling it was impossible to return to the store to exchange it. I reached out to the company at their website and a rep from the company (Dana S. the Account Service manager) was extremely helpful and after providing proof of the defective product she mailed me a new one. I really appreciated her working with me.

I ordered a dog toy for my stepdaughter who lives in another state. The item was delivered and signed for by FedEx, by an employee at the large apartment complex she lives at. However, it was "lost" (or stolen) by the apartment staff.
Coastal Pet issued me a full credit to purchase her a replacement toy, which did arrive.

We were once a returning customer of Coastal Pet Product but then we stopped patronizing them when noticed their product quality deteriorated overtime. One time, we bought a defective choker and it took them three weeks before they got us a replacement. It was such a hassle when they could double checked the quality before selling it. Never again.
