Sarah in the admin and Ben the engineer saved my life, when helping my elderly Dad out at very short notice and adjusting their workload when his boiled failed. We called Coastal Heating, desperate to get our heating issue sorted quickly before Christmas after a cold snap wreaked havoc with our boiler. If I’m honest, we didn’t expect a solution to be found quickly! However, the team at Coastal were really reassuring over the phone and asked Ben, a 5 star plumber, to come and take a look within 24 hours. Problem solved and now he’s saved Christmas. Very prompt boiler service, I called Coastal Heating after I was unable to get hold of the person who installed my boiler a year ago, and they kindly offered me a slot within the next week. Ben, the engineer who came out, was on time, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Great local company, will use them again and would definitely recommend!

Ben came to look at the boiler when we moved into our new house. He diagnosed the problem immediately and the part was ordered. The office kept us up to date and regular emails regarding cost and timings. He turned up today as scheduled and fixed the boiler, and sorted the heating and hot water. Service is quick and efficient, the engineer friendly and help who explains everything clearly. My boiler was due for service but ahgd developed a leak, he idnetified the cause, bought a couple of parts nad fixed it almost immediately. Nice, honest, local people who are efficient. I will keep using them
