Caused some issues, but sorted them promptly
Some engineers from COA unfortunately damaged my fibre line whilst installing a line for my neighbour. However, I was put in touch with Melanie at COA who seemed to be going out of her way to help get the problem solved. An engineers named Amit was sent out next day who was perfectly polite, helpful, and sorted the issue very quickly.
I am a little disappointed that the original engineers caused an issue and couldn't fix it, but I do appreciate being given a reasonable contact at the company who kept me in the loop and tried to get things sorted as soon as possible.
