Was recommend to Coalville Kichens, and was not disappointed, very professional, friendly from the beginning, Eve looked after us and listened to what we required, nothing was too much problem and gave us ideas outside of what we thought we liked, we where given Wayne and Cameron as our installers and from the start Wayne was superb , a really nice guy, ultra professional and a credit to his trade and to CK, Cameron came when 2 men where required and again a great person fully professional, there workmanship was second too none, very tidy and sheeted everything, cleaned up daily, carried out a couple of repairs to our walls for a superb finish, our overall experience with this company is 10/10 from beginning to end.

I was impressed initially with them. At the start when I gave the plans, I was very clear that they were not the final plans and just initial sketches. They told me that the kitchen would only be made once they get the final drawings and measure the area. They reassured me about this. I was asked to make half the payment to them right at the beginning. This was a big mistake because once they had the money, they would not give this back even when I changed my mind a few weeks later. At that point, the kitchen extension had not even started. This caused me a lot of stress and I was going back and forth several times with them. In the end, I decided that I was not going to pay them the rest and got half the kitchen from Wren instead.
The cabinetry thst was privided was grossly over priced. Finally, when the kitchen came, the measurements were completely wrong. The pantry didn't fit, the cabinets were the wrong sizes. They wouldn't take responsibility and blamed the builder saying the plaster was too thick so the measurements were wrong. There was a discrepancy of 200mm. Surely this is not a plastering fault. However, they refused to listen. I had to get new cabinet doors from elsewhere, cut the pantry from 800mm to 600mm, buy extra blum drawers. The kitchen cost me a lot more than I could afford in the end. Total nightmare. I would not recommend them at all.
The only thing I can give credit for is that Eve did try to help me as best as she could but all in all, a bad and traumatic experience.

We have a relatively small kitchen and didn't think we could do much with it, but Eves plans have totally transformed it and we couldn't be more delighted. From planning to fitting and everything in-between it couldn't have been more friendly and professional.

First of all I would like to say how pleased we are with our new kitchen it looks great. We were provided with a design of the kitchen we wanted and this provided very helpful. The installer was very helpful and kept us informed as to what was going to happen and when. We did have a problem when the Tiler turned up and informed us that he was told that we had small tiles when it fact we had large. He had not come with his large tile cutter so could not start. Due to his current commitments he had to put us in at a later date. This was a little disappointing but once the tiling was complete it made the kitchen. The new appliances are great and were a good selection by Coalville Kitchens.

I cannot praise this company enough, if you want good service, good quality and workmanship this is the place to go. Something a little different to the normal kitchen designs. One of their fitters Peter was really helpful like a breath off fresh air I would recommend them to anyone . Thanks again for a lovely kitchen xx
