We had an amazing experience with Coach Rental. They were easy to work with on the front end, followed up and confirmed times and meeting place in advance. The bus was clean and brand new! Fabio our driver was on time and very helpful. Using Coach rental made our family excursion so much more enjoyable than renting cars or taking a cruise excursion. We were able to follow our own itinerary. We will surely use them for our coach needs again.

I had a group from Brazil, that was confirmed to Coach Rental very late, and I got an instant offer. We got brand new coach, professional but very strict driver.
While we had some difficulties in our very tight schedule, some delays caused by a traffic jams, one employee, in particular (Manuel) made everything that our clients do not feel problems we have behind the scenes. And that is the most important, that is what I call partnership. The group was major success and I hope to cooperate with you in a future.

I would like to share that we got an amazing service and support from the beginning with working with the agent, Paolo Sabatini, the price was amazing, the drivers (Massimo ans Ermas) were expert and with a lot of patience, the bus was were comport and modern so we didn't feel like we drove over 6 hours each way.
We took the service from MXP Airport to Les Arcs 1950, and I am recommend for there company 😀

One of my worst experiences. We were informed to pay more than 30% more than the price originally agreed on the day before the journey in cash. When I informed the manager Paolo Sabatini that I need a proper invoice for my institution, he threatened to stop the bus and throw us out mid-journey on a motorway near Naples. We felt extremely unsafe and threatened with this company. Do not book them.

Mr Bruno our driver in Porto was very professional both in appearance and manner. On time and very good driver.

Paolo organised a seamless operation when we were in Italy. The whole experience was very professional.
