£49 recurring payment scam

Thecoachme.com seems to have stolen its identity from a legitimate online coaching platform, which I had never heard of before and certainly never subscribed to. Suddenly I see £49 going out as a recurring debit card payment, I googled them and hence found there are numerous coms of the same name. This scam one is based in Cyprus according to my bank, have now reported them and have had to block my card and wait for a new one. Flippin nuisance and very dodgy. Beware!

Yet another thieving "company"

My son tried to download a game (free Nintendo games) and clicked on some dodgy link that took him to this company. They tried to take 24.99 from his account.
Fortunately, he's only 15, so he didn't have the money. These would-be thieves didn't get away with it, and his card has now been cancelled.

Wish I could give zero stars

Wish I could give zero stars! AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS! Tried to take £49 from my account when I had never even heard of them. Ive reported it to the police and the fraud squad at the bank. Bank card cancelled so they won't get their stolen money. Utter pondlife scum.

Fraudsters.

Fraudulent removal of £49 from my account. I have never heard of this company but they still managed to get my details. Avoid.

Absolute Scam!

There really should be an option for zero stars!
Yesterday afternoon, £49 disappeared from my account to these shysters. I have never heard of them and never subscribe to anything! The most worrying thing is how they got hold of my card details. I reported them to my banks fraud team who cancelled my card and have blocked them. I thought I was protecting myself by never using my card online, clearly not 😡

Billing and Support is horrendous.

I paused my subscription for 30 days and they continued to bill me for 3 weeks.
I was unhappy with the billing process, so I cancelled my coaching, and they still continued to charge my credit card.
They do not respond to support requests.

Unethical Billing Practices and Poor Customer Support

I had a disappointing experience with Coach.me. Despite pausing my subscription on November 17th (confirmed on their platform), I was still charged £68 on November 21st. To make matters worse, neither the support team nor the coach Kendra who claimed to have bought the platform in 2023, "after coaching over 1,500 clients", responded to my emails requesting a refund. I had to contact my bank to try to stop the payment, which cost me £6.50.

This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this platform to anyone looking for trustworthy and transparent coaching services. Proceed with caution if you decide to use their services!

big NO

As a coach you are just buying a cat in a bag. You need to pay monthly + you need to pay fees if you have a client. That's already a sign for just a money making website and not truly supporting both sides, coach and customer.

Very unprofessional

As soon as I cancelled my 7 day free subscription I was charged for the month. I’ve emailed them 5 times to get a refund with no response. Highly unprofessional. I would not recommend.

A nice idea poorly executed.

A nice idea poorly executed.

The email notifications don't connect with the App, which redirects you to the website, which redirects you to a new page every time you click a link - very frustrating, but by no means the worst part.

I used the app to cancel my account. Clicked the button and it was 'done' but there was no email confirmation or anything - poor service when they're holding your credit card information. A simple confirmation is very easy and there's really no excuse for not doing this.

I've tried to reach them but there are no contact details (that I can find) on the site, so I 'rejoined' - sent a message 4 days ago and haven't heard a thing.
