This company is an absolute disgrace to the industry, I have unlimited towing and my vb air suspension has failed in my European van in America. Everyone on the industry knows it has to go to Elkhart. Dispatch informed me the unlimited tie was approved payment going through, then The operations manager John dewitt called and has refused to do this tow, stating all sorts of excuses and they are playing in the words “ nearest qualified repairer “ I have had it inspected it inflates but deflates if moved. They have left me stranded on a field in 90 deg heat in Montana with no hade, no air con for FOUR days now. I will be getting the state insurance commission to investigate this Monday but their claim” the most trusted company in the RV industry” is an absolute lie. Do NOT touch this company, my treatment is inhumane and a breach of contract. The police came past and fud a welfare check and I feel so ill I’m about to call an ambulance.
