While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Stay away from CMS

Stay away from these scams! I found one of their lawyers via Google search and emailed him a brief description of my case. He kindly offered a 30-minute call. I assumed the first call was free of charge and for me to understand if he was potent enough to handle my case so I could recruit him. In less than 20 min I realized he was not a fit for my case, and the call ended with me deciding not to pursue my case with him. He even brought up totally unrelated topics (e.g., his neighbors, other famous people he knows, etc.) to fill the 30 min call. 3 months later, I was shocked to receive an invoice from him charging me 600 Euros + 150 Euros VAT = 750 Euros for less than 30 min call. I reached out to consumer support without success because lawyers are not obliged to tell you their rates beforehand. God knows how many people fall victim.

Transphobic solicitor encouraged by partner

The solicitor I dealt with was trasphobic and misgendered me repeatedly. Their boss gave me an apology, yet the response regarding the legal matter from the partner discounted their employee's conduct and continues to penalise me for my pain and suffering caused by the breaches of the equality act 2010
