I’ve been working with CMME for over a decade and this is the fourth mortgage they have helped me with. Service was outstanding from both Jennifer Ward and Amy Waters. I would highly recommend their services!

I had an outstanding experience with CMME Mortgages. After speaking with several brokers who couldn’t support my circumstances, especially with a home move shortly after setting up my own company, CMME delivered exactly what they promised from day one.

This was the second time I used the services of Ben Goble of CMME to secure my mortgage.
I work as a contractor and the process is a bit different. Ben was highly professional throughout and explained my options in clear and simple terms.

We received a good service throughout the re-mortgage process.

Very poor customer service. I got in touch with CMME upon recommendation from Money Saving Expert. After my initial call, I was paired with an adviser named Jarrad who told me within a day he’d found two lenders who would lend to my husband and I (I’m self-employed, and we need a specialist broker). After this, Jarrad took days to achieve nothing at all, even though we told him we wanted to offer on a property and needed an agreement in principle. He gave vague reasons about why he hadn’t yet gotten one and no time scale when one might be achieved. He also seemed to suggest we were withholding information – a truly bizarre experience.

When it became clear Jarrad had no intention (or perhaps no time) to help us, I reached out to two other brokers. They both managed to get us an AIP within 48 hours.

I really wouldn’t waste your time with this company. They make you chase them, try to ghost you, and don’t do what they assure you they will. Pretty crazy behaviour considering how steep their fee is.

I chose to use CMME for the purchase of my first home and couldn't have been happier with their service. They were quick to respond to queries and explained things patiently and clearly (which was so important for me as a first-time buyer). They truly made the mortgage process feel smooth and stress-free. Furthermore, all of their staff were helpful and pleasant over both emails and telephone calls. Isabelle, Hannah & Hayley were all particularly lovely to work with.

Used them in 2021/22 and was very pleased with Jennifer Ward. The reason I came back again in 2025. However, and am very disappointed by the service provided by Jonny Lucas.

Communication was always prompt and transparent, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Isabelle is very knowledgeable and efficient, communication is excellent and prompt and rates are comparable to those accessed by non contractors. This is the third time I have worked with Isabelle to renew my mortgage, I have no negatives. An all round excellent service which I will be using again when my current fixed rate expires.

Have helped me renew the mortgage twice now and have been great to communicate with. Each time they have made the process easy and have answered all my questions. They also help to reduce the interest rates on the mortgage I chose. I would recommend.

It was time for us to remorgage our home, and CMME did that for us for free, after previously using their services. Once you book an appointment with them, they will guide you through the steps. Happy indeed with the service provided by them.

CMME quickly secured a mortgage deal for me at a reasonable mortgage rate considering the volatile mortgage market at the time. Ben Goble in particular who oversaw the remortgaging of my property was very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. However, CMME highly recommended and vouched for PM Property Law to handle the legal part of the remortgaging process which resulted in severe delays and financial loss as I had to switch to an SVR for 4 months. PM Property Law use the brand of another company so I did not have a chance to look at the reviews they had, having to rely solely on CMME's recommendation. The legal process took 5 months instead of 5 weeks I was promised, while the overall remortgaging took 6 months which was disappointing.

Ben Goble was excellent in exploring options that met our complex needs, securing us solutions that were cost effective. He was friendly, professional and customer focused.
Rebecca Stansfield was excellent in securing agreement from the lenders and in ensuring the process to completing the mortgages was smooth, rapid and seamless, with great patience and professionalism.
