Carl was fantastic
Carl was fantastic. He took on a challenging situation when getting a mortgage for us but he managed to do it successfully. He kept us informed through out the process and we couldn’t have been happier. Extensive knowledge and great communication. Will be recommending him to friends and family.

From start to finish
From start to finish, Carl was incredible at keeping us and other parties on track during our remortgaging process, as well as finding us a brilliant new rate before the New Year. We hurled a lot of questions and confusions over to him throughout, to which he always came back with reassuring, expert advice and fantastic knowledge.
Safe to say we were in safe hands and will be recommending Carl to all of our friends & family, as well as using him again whenever we need some 'house stuff' sorting. We came away feeling not so out of our depth when it comes to our mortgage dealings. Wish we'd found him sooner! Thanks Carl!

Carl provided clear and coherent advice…
Carl provided clear and coherent advice throughout the process of remortgaging our property. As young first time buyers, we were completely inexperienced and his patience and expertise really helped us to get it over the line stress free.
On top of that, we got a cracking deal with him, and managed to do so before the rates got any higher.

Having struggled by my self to piece together a somewhat tricky mortgage, I was put in contact with CM Financial. From the outset Carl was both affable and competent which made navigating the market relatively straight forward. When something unforeseen arose, this was resolved expeditiously. I cant recommend Carl highly enough.

Protection and life insurance
Excellent communication from Carl. Having to explain to someone about life insurance is really daunting and a scary conversation. Carl helped me feel comfortable and relaxed about matching my cover,giving me the knowledge of how and when my policy would be applicable and what I would be covered for.
