Extension completed
We had our extension completed by Clyde windows and construction. It was completed within time frame , the finished result is really nice and very sound proof however to reach this point , it meant us constantly contacting to get things done , the communication is worst we've dealt with. We had issues along the way eg the wrong window being fitted, roughcasters not completing all walls as per contract and drawings, every time a new trade came out they asked what are they here for as weren't told . The plasterers came out and said they were here to plaster around the windows , however it was the full extension so they had to go away for more materials, these things highlighted above is only a couple of the issues. Yes everything we brought to their attention was rectified however it wasn't when day and times were arranged as they turned up when they pleased. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Following completion of the project, we also spoke directly to discuss your experience in more detail, and we agreed at that stage to review each of the points you raised thoroughly. We take all feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve our processes where possible.
We do, however, feel that a 2-star rating doesn’t fully reflect the overall outcome of the project. As you mentioned, any issues raised along the way were addressed and resolved, which is something we always strive to do promptly and professionally.
With projects of this nature, particularly when working with multiple trades and weather-dependent elements such as roughcasting and block work there can sometimes be challenges in providing exact timings for attendance on site. While we always aim to keep customers informed, a degree of flexibility is often required to ensure the work is completed to the highest standard.
That said, we fully acknowledge your comments regarding communication and coordination between trades, and this is something we are continuing to review internally as part of our commitment to improving the overall customer experience.
We appreciate your feedback and are pleased that, overall, you are happy with the final result.

Clyde windows have completed a superb installation
Clyde windows have completed a superb job in fitting my inner porch double glazed door and panel. they came when they said they would come and the 2 fitters did a great job in the installation. They removed all the waste and hoovered up and refitted the carpet around the new door. Excellent job from survey to fitting. This is my second door from Clyde windows as they fitted my front door last year.

Fantastic team and beautiful doors and windows
My new windows and doors look fantastic and (so far) are so smooth to use compared to my old ones. The team were professional and put in a lot of effort to get 6 windows and 2 doors done. They also went the extra mile by extending the window casing down to the kitchen worktop, closing a large gap that was there before between the wall and the countertop - saves me getting tiles. There was some plastering damage (that they were honest about and pointed out to me) but they sent a plasterer to fix them a few days later. The kitchen and living room windows and doors especially look amazing. The initial salesperson was great too, never felt like I was being pushed into a sale like some of the others.
But it's only been a week, hopefully they last a long time 🤞

Shug and James installers are super
Shug and James just finished installing my windows and door and can honestly say they were so professional and friendly cannot praise them highly enough. Have been putting of installing new windows as my bathroom was tiles throughout and I was terrified if any would get broken in the installation. But no need to worry as not a scratch. From start to finish from the sales representative to installation I was very happy . When looking at getting new windows it’s a minefield out there.. I’m glad I chose Clyde windows I will be recommending to all my family and friends.

Great service and quality new windows
Great service and quality new windows. We have just moved into an old farm cottage near a main road. Called Clyde Windows in for a quote.
They came out recommend the best windows for our old house and what a difference. The windows look amazing and what a difference no noise from the road and no drafts.
