I live in the UK and ordered a pewdiepie chair as a birthday present. I was charged a 40Euro delivery fee when I ordered. I then received a notice from DHL telling me I had to pay a further £92 import duty or the chair would not be delivered. Do not order if you live in the UK.

Not much more needs to be said.

To start off with, this is with Clutch Chairz at least in Europe, maybe things would've gone better if it was another branch.

I forgot to add a review after this happened, better late than never.

I purchased an overpriced chair from Clutch, what I was given is a chair of decent quality, I cannot fault their materials too much, although, the paint rubs off easily, and, the stitching could be better for the price, for sure.

That being said, where this brand falls down the toilet is their customer service, there is none.

I was supposed to get a remote to control the lights on my chair, the remote I received was broken, I contacted them right after I noticed this to get it resolved.

Now, if I had been responded to within a reasonable manner, I wouldn't be writing this, but... 42 DAYS later, I got a response stating it was not covered under warranty.

It took you 42 days to let me know that a silly plastic remote was not covered under your shady warranty, so, a part of my product is to remain non-functional because your support system is non-functional, great.

The only reason this isn't a one-star review is that the chairs themselves could be worse!

I will not be buying in future and have recommended against this company since then, avoid at all costs.

Would be nice if they supported their own product.

First my chair was delivered with a broken part that they never replaced. Now I’m trying to get a replacement mousepad for my desk that I purchased from them because it’s fraying along the entire edge and first they sent me a link to the PewDiePie mousepad which doesn’t even fit my desk. (They know what desk I have because they requested I send pictures which I did, and then they told me they no longer make that mousepad, and then I sent them the link to my exact desk that they still make and sell on their website and they they respond saying it’s because of covid they can’t get the mousepad and my desk is out of warranty. My desk is only 2 months out of the three year warranty and I didn’t even try to pursue warranty because they are awful to work with. I just wanted to buy a replacement pad for my desk I bought from them. How can you still sell a product you have no warranty support for? When I asked them that they said if it was a new one they would give a partial refund to a customer so I guess if you buy a brand new desk and your mousepad or a part on it breaks they won’t actually fix anything and will just screw your over with a poorly made product and just give you “some” money back and expect that to make it ok. Only way that would be ok is if they give all the money back so you can buy a decent desk and chair from a better company. I’ll have to buy a new desk and chair from a more reputable company next time.

This company is absolutely horrible

This company is absolutely horrible. Customer service is beyond terrible, they keep insisting to send me back parts when the chair is BROKEN off, so no matter how new or undamaged the part is, I won't be able to assemble it back. They left me on read for months. and would not respond unless I directly call them. TERRIBLE people! They send you broken chairs and they want MONEY BACK for return and shipping.. what a bunch of jokers.

Avoid at all cost!

I honestly have never had to deal with worse customer support. My email thread with them is now almost 7 months old, with a few months of wait until they ask me again to show the damage to the chair and then leave me on read. It's mind blowing how terrible of an experience it's been, and to add to all that, the chairs are uncomfortable and of horrible quality.

Horrible support

Ordered the LED Pewdiepie chair and when it arrived on the 19'th of December, there was a thumb-sized hole in the pillow and a hole in the back-rest. I messaged them about spare parts and this was 5 months ago. I haven't heard anything about them shipping out the parts so about 1 week ago I asked for my money back and they still have not responded.

I have now sent 3 emails and they will not respond to my mails.

Slow customer support, don't even bother trying to get any support.

Edit: I have contacted them 2 times since my original post and they still have not responded.
Don't expect anything from these guys
