Still haven't received my order, it is sat with a addressquery. Can not get hold of Cluse neither the courier! its ridiculous i need this as a gift!! hate companies who you cant talk to directly Been sat waiting for them to get back to my TICKET! for the last 3 days!! USELESS!!!

I was bought a La Tetragone silver mesh strap watch as a gift. Like others have reported here, I experienced problems with the clasp of the strap, which would appear to securely closed only for the watch to later fall off. Concerned that it was a design fault, I bought a replacement strap. However, before changing the straps the watch fell off and the glass of the watch face cracked. I contacted customer services to see if anything could be done given that the damage was sustained as a result of their product being faulty and was very disappointed by their response, which indicated they considered the watch strap not to be faulty upon purchase but to have come lose as a result of wear. It had not, and if it had - after only months of several months intermittent use - it would only again demonstrate that the product was poor quality.

I ordered a watch over two weeks ago for a birthday gift. I received an order confirmation but nothing since. I've sent 3 separate emails inquiring and have got no feedback. Terrible service

I’ve had my cluse watch for well.. going on 5 years now. I’ve had to only change the battery once in that time. I love the fact you can buy different straps for it and change the style up whenever you want. I can’t believe the bad reviews on here so shocked! My experience is completely exceptional!

Purchased a silver necklace and 2 silver rings about a year ago. Price was around 200 euros for all, not a cheap brand. After 1 year I cannot wear them anymore as they are totally discolored. I reached out to customer service (with pictures included so they saw) and they mentioned even if there is a guarantee for 2 years this is not covered, so they could only offer me a discount for my next purchase. I won't be purchasing again, if I wanted cheap discoloring jewelry I wouldn't spend 200 euros. The quality is definitely not worth the price.

Just received the new cluse gold vigoureux model, really love it! My 3rd cluse watch and sure not the last. Got it delivered at home in 2 days via their website.

My watch stopped working after only 9 months, customer service are ignoring all correspondence and I never got a refund. Very disapoining company, somewhat nice design but super chitty quality. 2 year warranty is a scam. Don't waste your money on Cluse watch

If you’re expecting something slighter better than tat please use this site. Poor products raised this with them and Argento who sold me the Rose Gold watch really don’t care.

Overpriced for the quality. The watch strap that I got was a suede and it stained very quickly, looking mucky constantly and then falling apart along the side seam within a year.
When I got in touch with the company to discuss this, they pointed the finger at me insinuating that I had stained it. They also referred to complex cared ‘advice’ and when I pointed out that I had not received any such guidance with the watch they had no comment to make other than suggesting I buy myself new Cluse products at full price.
I did buy myself a replacement strap in the sale and opted for leather this time which so far seems more robust. Fingers crossed it lasts better.
Had far more compliments from previous cheaper brands and would not buy from Cluse again.

I'm honestly disappointed. After half a year, my grey leather bracelet looks totally worn and old, as if I had worn it for several years. To be honest, I expect something different from leather. I will switch to another brand in the future and won't buy any cluse watches.

I’ve bought a Cluse watch less than a year ago. It still works perfectly, there are a few scratches on the glass and the edges.

BUT... when I turned the watch around today, after having a really itchy and irritated skin underneath it. On this side of the watch there are appearing small holes- the bigger ones are deeper and aren’t that small in comparison with the watch size.

Really bad. Will immediately stop wearing it and won’t buy anymore from this company.

Rubbish Rubbish Rubbish!!!! cluse should make another strap hook, i bought the minuit mesh rose gold/white watch and it barely lasted for a month before it finally fell off and got lost. Meanwhile i have been having guiding it so much as it was always giving me the sign that it will fall off soon. The hook was funnily made that it had very little security to it. i do not recommend.

Band is super comfortable and love the little gold detailing.

I’ve ordered from Cluse multiple times in the past and I was always absolutely satisfied. The packages came in a few days and I loved the products every time!! Although there’s no discount for Cluse members (as e.g. Paul Hewitt), I still highly recommend this brand:)

This is my second watch from CLUSE and I love it! It's classy and timeless, yet still cute with the pink band. I've gotten lots of compliments. The best part was the shipping was SO fast!
