Really, an amazing company!
The delivery was even quicker than originally expected.
There was a slight problem not related to this company, however, which the Clumsy Goat management solved exceptionally quickly and well.
Definitely will use in the future!

Certainly the best flavour decaf I've found. Ordered a 1kg bag and was delivered quickly. Will certainly order more. Also tried the Italian roast and that was really good too

I ordered a coffee grinder from Clumsy Goat. The device was dispatched promptly and was followed up with an email to check that I had no complaints. Indeed I had none.

I ordered a Sage Dual Boiler and Smart Grinder Pro from Clumsy Goat as the package was such good value. They arrived quickly and after a brief period acquainting myself with the machines, I was producing great espresso in my own kitchen. Excellent prices and service from Clumsy Goat.

We bought a coffee machine and grinder for around £1,900. We very quickly received a notification that everything had been dispatched.

A few days later just the grinder arrived, after a communication with customer service they said I should book my delivery through a different company as it's standard procedure.

This standard procedure had been not communicated to us. But we thought mistakes happen and it's not a big deal, and booked the delivery.

Finally, when our coffee machine arrived we started to set up, only to find out the grinder had a loose part inside. We sent a video of this to customer service.

In a nutshell, we received an item that was faulty, Clumsy Goat won't replace it until a professional from the supplier checks the grinder and repairs it.

The supplier claims that if the item has "had coffee put through it" it can't be replaced, only repaired as it's not new anymore. However, the grinder has had coffee put through it and tested at the factory before shipping, it has a label that says so and when unboxing the machine, coffee came out of it, so clearly it has been used and not by us. It even had finger prints on it. Now we are wondering if this item is even new.

We have just been talking to very nice people, who don't seem to understand the issue and have no power to stand up for us. We don't want a repaired item when we have paid full price for a new one, we don't want to deal with the supplier, we want to Clumsy Goat to give us assurance of our rights, as we bought from you and reported this as soon as we could.

Our consumer right to return goods for a full refund or replacement within 14 days is being ignored. We are now in the position of having to send the grinder back to the supplier to be tested (for what?!). We don't have confirmation that we will receive a replacement. So we have to send our grinder to a supplier while Clumsy Goat has our money and we have no guarantee of replacement, no clarity, no money back, and no way of grinding coffee to use our machine.

So pleased with my order! Express delivery, great items and super helpful customer service! Def 5 stars and I will order again!
