While I do believe club ocean is truly doing great things for our marine life I must say I’m slightly disappointed. I ordered a seal tracking bracelet, I didn’t get much information about shipping but I ordered it on Christmas and received it on the 5th of January. After making an account and scanning the qr code I discovered that my seal wasn’t a seal at all, rather a sea lion- many people that enjoy marine life are well aware that although very similar, sea lions and seals aren’t the same and while I’m thankful that my money is still protecting marine life I am still disappointed that what I paid for hasn’t been received

What meant a lot to me personally, also, was your excellent communication and support. You answered my questions promptly and were always helpful—especially when I had trouble logging in and tracking the animal I had “adopted.” Your responsiveness and kindness made the experience even more meaningful. The seal-shaped soft toy is beautiful.
Even though it was close to Christmas, the parcel arrived quickly.
The packaging was excellent, in a cute red box.
The seal was tracked immediately and easily.
Excellent customer service.

Updated: The order I ordered on the 8th of December. has finally been shipped, due for delivery today. Thank you for the updates. I would encourage more communication with your customers, so that people are not disappointed with the long delivery times. This is a very late Christmas present, but better late than never! Thank you for sorting it.

Very unhappy. My friend purchased a penguin tracker for my Christmas present. The card and bracelet were for a penguin, but the tracker is tracking a razorbill... not even from the same hemisphere. Contacted them twice with no help so far. Their returns policy is no refund after 14 days... so even when they have made such a bad mistake, no refund. Thinking this is a complete con at this point.

I bought a tracker bracelet for my sister who loves penguins. However, the QR code tracked a razor bill instead. I wrote to customer services and they replied promptly, sending a new bar code which worked perfectly. Well done!

When I bought a bracelete for 25 Eur, they proposed a magazine "for free" and then they charged 20 Eur for another issue of the "magazine" after 3 months. The "magazine" is just a booklet of few few pages of no value. However, after I wrote a complaint and the comment on Trustpilot, they returned me the 20 Eur and canceled the "magazine".

7-14 days to arrive is misleading, I purchased two brackets 30 days ago… still yet to receive. Tracking information for the parcel does not work nor does contacting customer support. Would have been a nice Christmas present for my partner. Will update if I ever receive the parcel or hear from customer support

What a fabulous idea! Love the idea of supporting a good cause whilst also receiving a fab little bracelet and being able to track your chosen mammal.
I ordered a penguin, a whale, a shark and a polar bear. They arrived in good time for Christmas and tracking information provided was great. Unfortunately, the penguin QR code was ‘mislaid’ in our Christmas wrapping paper but customer services replied quickly (on Boxing Day!) with a new QR code - thank you!

Club Ocean is a really great brand to buy off, offering heaps of marine animals to adopt. I have bought 3 sharks of them and I couldn’t be happier with my purchases, they all came in a reasonable time and the website works very well with few flaws. Keep doing what you guys do it’s amazing I’ll be sure to buy off you again!

The customer service replies very fast and is so helpful! I really think the money spent was worth it because I now "own" a whale and it's the cutest thing ever.

I think they are doing a really great job. They assisted me with an account problem and resolved it really fast, even more on Sunday evening.
