I ordered 2 maternity wedding dresses for my daughter as we were unsure how "big" she would be at the time. I missed the return window and Abbi went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I could still return the dress that was un-worn with tags still on. I only dealt with her via email, but I can tell she is an asset to say the least to your company! KUDOS TO ABBI!

1st class service! All the clothes from Club L are such good quality and always look exactly as shown in photos! Their customer care team also go above and beyond. I recently contacted them as I noticed one of my returns had been issued as a store credit and I was hoping for a refund. Erin dealt with my enquiry in less than 12 hours and the refund was issued straight away! 100% recommend!

Pleasant Return for Repurchase Process
I needed to return an item that did not fit and repurchase in a different size since exchanges were not an option. Natalia was quick in responding to my email, answered my questions thoroughly, and provided a new discount code for me to use when repurchasing the dress since I’d used one for the original order. This is my first Club L London purchase and I was a bit nervous about buying for the first time as this dress will be worn on my wedding day. Not only did the quality and care/packaging of the dress exceed my expectations, Natalia’s customer service has made my shopping experience enjoyable and low-stress thus far. I’m excited to repurchase in the correct size once the return processes and look forward to feeling my best on my big day in the beautiful Fran square-neck corset dress!
