I have reserved more than 10 hotels for futuroe stays. When one hotel cancelled, they contacted immediatelly to offer another option or total refund. They answered promptly, it was a good experience.

I signed up for CLub 1 recently. I use a lot of travel sites, and was a tad skeptical they would offer a super deal. However, I was very happy to get a really great deal on a hotel during a convention I plan to attend. It was 50% less than the hotel's own site and far cheaper than any other site, like Hotels.com or Kayak or Trivago. Club 1 is now my first go-to to check out hotel prices. It is easy to use. It would be even better, however, if prices were displayed in the initial search---it can take a little time to sort through a bunch of hotels. However, the savings were significant. I recommend it.

I started to know Club 1 hotels since 2023, there is really a lot of promotion and activities I got from this Club 1 hotels, not only with a very good service but also a very following system. Very Appreciated!

This company is shady! I've purchased many hotels over the last year and they have taken a turn this year. I canceled a refundable hotel purchase, they didn't refund me. After reaching out to them they said they would refund me. 6 weeks goes by and I filed a charge back from my credit card. They started randomly charging all of my credit cards. I reached out to them, they said they'd have accounting investigate. Absolutely no communication, just random unauthorized credit card charges.

I booked my room at a resort in the Dominican Republic for a birthday weekend getaway for my son's 13th birthday. I also encouraged my mom to use this site to reserve her room. I reserved my room first and they ask for the age of the child which I inputted 13. As I was trying to confirm the reservation (on their site, it was unclear which rooms were all-inclusive and which ones were not), the age of the child kept defaulting to 1 year. I believed once I actually paid for the reservation, it would correct itself however did not think to check on that once I reserved the room. My mom then booked her room for 2 adults and paid the same price as me. So I assumed it was based on double occupancy like any other room you reserve. I show up at the resort and they advised me I booked the room for 1 adult and 1 child under age of 1 which I advised was incorrect. They advised I needed to go back through who I booked it with so I called Club1Hotel. No one answers the phone however you can text or email them. I received a call and when I explained my issue, I was advised by a male person I had done the reservation wrong and there wasn't anything I could do about it. I would need to pay for the extra person which I asked why would I have to pay for an extra person when my mother booked the same room for the same price for 2 adults. He kept telling me since I made the error and this never happens to anyone else, I would have to pay to fix it. I advised the person his customer service skills suck and he said "F*** you" and hung up on me. I proceeded to send an email to the company requesting to speak to a supervisor for the unprofessional behavior. I get a response saying since it was my error, there wasn't anything they could do to help me, not addressing my request for a supervisory call. Their mistake cost me $237 extra which is completely unfair. The resort stated they do not know how much I paid as they do not get any money from the company until AFTER I check out. The company refuses to acknowledge any errors and was very rude to me. I'd NEVER use them again and I suggest nobody else do.

Best travel site around only one I use now!

Club One Hotels is the best travel website. I recommend you to check this website before any booking.

We have used Club 1 Hotels a few times this year already - and it is ABSOLUTELY worth it! We stayed in a 5 star hotel in Buenos Aires that we booked through Club 1 Hotels in April 2023, and we saved so much money! We could not find a better deal on the same hotel anywhere else. We also used them for a recent trip to Miami in October 2023- and had the same great experience! It is so easy to search for hotels and then making reservations with Club 1 Hotels.

First booking price was absolutely amazing which is for a month away. Then I attempted a same day hotel booking which was not so good, so I didn’t book but I will continue to use them as 1 of my resources when traveling.

Club1hotels is the perfect place to book your hotel. Cheaper than every other website out there, offer amazing discounts and it’s really easy to use. I don’t use any other website to book my getaways now. 100% would recommend

I booked a room with a promotion they had running using free club points. .

They cancelled the booking and I arrived at hotel with no booking.

They would not respond to emails and explain anything. I emailed multiple times to get no response.

Why run free point promotions if you are going nto cancel the booking and leave me stranded!
