Clownfish Games Reviews

A great place for board gamers to purchase from! They have a great selection and competetive pricing. Pre-orders aren't charged until they are shipped and my items were with me as soon as they came in, couldn't be happier, easy reccommend.

Excellent service, great choice of games and great prices as well. Highly recommended.

great company, no problems.

pre ordered some things and they kept me up to date when they arrived for shipping

Stellar customer service and support!!! Cannot recommend enough!!! This is so refreshing to be able to connect with a real human and not a bot chat / AI help when you have a special request. Understanding and helpful and the games arrived in mint condition, packed with care and a little handwritten note. Brilliant!

Really friendly customer service and product was delivered quickly!

Super-quick postage, well packed, personal touch to the sale. Fantastic service. Thank you and all the best. I'll make sure to add this store to my usual bargain hunting rotation, they deserve your business for sure.

Super easy and straightforward pre

Not only was the game I bought a great price, but the care put into the order was evident! So many lovely little touches! I shall be ordering again and have already told all my game pals to check them out!

My go to for any board game needs nowadays. Great communication, swift dispatch and perfectly packaged each and every time.

Such a positive, efficient experience. I bought a game which was not going to be available immediately. It was a bit of a bet , considering I didn't know anything about them. But I received an update when the game was in stock and then it was sent promptly. Good packing and a nice personalised message from Stuart.

Items packaged securely and sometimes accompanied by a hand written personal message, quick delivery, amazing service. Great communication including weekly updates with what's expected and when stock is arriving. Highly recommended!

Exceptional service from Clownfish games quickly delivering an order of a game I was excited to receive

Used many times quick delivery great service. They keep you updated with what's expected and when stock is expected. All games have been packaged securely highly recommend

Great communication and quick dispatch and delivery times

A work colleague asked if I knew anywhere to purchase the board game Catan, I checked out Clownfish Games, however, the specific version requested was not available to purchase or pre-order. A quick conversation with Stu and he confirmed that he could source the product, but it might take a little longer than usual, my colleague being keen to shop local was more than happy with this. Only took a week from first making the request until the shiny new copy of Catan was in his hands. Another happy customer.

Excellent shopping experience. They had the item I wanted in stock at a reasonable price and the game dispatched and arrived in good time. Will definitely use again.

Such a good service and Stuart always goes that little bit extra, competitive prices aswell.

Fast, reliable and secure process for a solid price point and friendly service.

I love clownfish games; they've become my go-to for all things board games. From their email alerts about the latest games, to their competitive pricing and personalised notes with my orders. I'd recommend to any board game enthusiast.
