The order I received was nothing like…

The order I received was nothing like the images portrayed on their website.. just poor quality and oversized .
Trying to get a refund is a lot like playing ping-pong.. they just go back and forth offering a low amount for a refund discouraging returns due to potential “high cost” for shipping to China..
Do Not buy! They are fraudulent and a scam!

Poor quality dress

I bought a dress from this company as it was supporting Alzheimer's charities. In the photos it was a vibrant purple flowing gown I was going to wear for a wedding.
When it arrived the material was very poor quality and the print on the fabric was blurred and faded- nothing like the vibrancy in the photos. The stitching under the bust was white and visible and coming apart.
I complained to the company and was offered a derisory £3 compensation. This was increased to £10 but they wanted me to pay to ship it back at a cost of £9!
As I had spent 5 times this on the dress ,their attitude was appalling as they wouldn't budge.
Be very wary of buying from this company.
